很多人以為：
blue moon就是「藍月亮」
（誰在叫我？？）
其實它的真正意思是：
How often do you drink beer?
Eh… once in a blue moon!
你多久喝一次啤酒？
呃……我難得喝一次！

他有一輛好車，但他幾乎沒開過。
不僅blue moon ≠ 藍月亮
還有blue blood ≠ 藍血
作為好奇寶寶，當然要追根究底
」blue blood「到底是啥意思？
原來，西方國家常用 「藍血」 來形容歐洲貴族。
這個說法源自西班牙王室。古老的西班牙人認為貴族身上流淌著藍色的血液，因為那時候，古老的卡斯蒂利亞貴族宣稱自己的血統最為高貴、純正。
貴族常自豪地展示自己雪白小臂上清晰可見的藍色靜脈血管，稱之為藍血。
Mr. A always seems arrogant because he feels he is a blue blood.
A先生常常顯得高傲，因為他認為自己出身高貴。
看到這裡有些同學不免產生疑問：
blue除了藍色還有沒有其他意思？
