驢打滾是Northeast China東北、Beijing老北京、Tianjin天津衛等地區的傳統小吃。內餡一般為紅豆沙或紅糖,最後撒上黃豆面,外觀猶如老北京郊外野驢撒歡打滾時揚起的黃土,因而得名「驢打滾」。
Lvdagun is steamed glutinous rice rolls filled with red bean paste or brown sugar that is then rolled and covered in a soybean flour crumble(碎屑). Its origins can be traced to the Qing Dynasty. The snack gets its name from its supposed resemblance(相似之處) to a donkey rolling on the ground raising dust.

Goubuli steamed buns are synonymous(同義的)with Tianjin. Its main ingredients include flour, fresh pork, ginger and soy sauce. There are many stories regarding its origin. The most-quoted one relates to a poor village boy nicknamed 「Gouzi」 (puppy).
At 14, he became an apprentice at a food store. Thereafter, he set up his own shop selling steamed baozi. His baozi soon gained immense(巨大的) popularity in a short period of time. As a result, Gouzi got too preoccupied(全神貫注的) with his business to converse with(與…交談)his customers. So, they started to complain, 「Gouzi does not talk to people.」
