put……first:把……放在首位，「put people first」知葉還覺得可以翻譯成「以人為本」呢！那麼「把……放在首位」還可以怎麼表達呢？（1）……come(s) first,比如我們熟悉的safety comes first.安全第一；rank first首屈一指（2）put……at the first place2.engage,參加，參與，大家知不知道它的名詞形式「engagement」還有「訂婚」的意思呢？「an engagement party」就是「一場訂婚宴會」的意思啦！
3.withstand:經受，抵擋，這是一個很「抗壓"的詞，一起來看看柯林斯字典裡給出的英文釋義吧，"If something or someone withstands a force or action, they survive it or do not give in to it." 我們看一個例子，The plants were unable to withstandthe rigours of a harsh winter.這些植物禁受不住嚴冬的考驗。
