大部份想要管控體重的人,大概都聽說過「防彈咖啡」(Bulletproof Coffee)。據說,只要每天早上喝一杯,不但能夠達到減重的效果,還能讓精神變好、思路清晰。
但是,大家應該不知道,「防彈咖啡」的創始人,不僅發明了「防彈咖啡」,他更將他的減重過程中其他的飲食方式,也進行了分類,對於想要進行體重管理的初學者,像是一盞黑暗中的明燈。
以下就是他網站中的分類,我將可以多吃、常吃的食物以綠燈表示,次之為黃燈,紅燈的食物是不推薦的。

1級、2級=優質食物,鼓勵優先食用。
3級、4級、5級=可疑食物,好壞因人而異。
