提升英語口語的方法除了看美劇或英文電影還有很多，我們可以總結一下：
跟讀美劇或英語電影
我們可以利用一些配音軟體或是跟讀軟體之類的去實現我們的配音和跟讀，找一些英文原版錄音的材料進行對單詞、短語、句子等的模仿。在進行朗讀模仿時，要學會聽自己的發音和資料中的有什麼地方不同，反覆去練習糾正。從而提升語感，積累表達。
創造英文環境
1）我們可以參加一些只能用英語交流英語角的活動，多開口，克服開口障礙。
2）和外教或者地道的外國人對練。因為我們如果想要真正提高自己的英語口語水平，光靠模仿語音語調是不夠的，必須得有一個開口輸出的過程才有可能真正拔高。和外國人對練這是最直接有效的方法。如果我們沒有認識的外國人，我們可以用到一些能和外教進行交流的工具類似於口語俠這種。它可以像微信語音一樣直接撥通語音就能隨時隨地與外教進行交流，很方便，可以討論任何你想要討論的話題。它裡面外教非常的豐富，我很喜歡找不同的外教去聊天，認為這樣才比較真實，因為每個人的聊天方式和語音語調都是不一樣的，能達到比較好的效果。
3）和同樣想提高英語口語的小夥伴一起練習，我們可以利用一些伴學工具，可以在裡面進行學習打卡，還可以互相監督。我主要是用在在上面找練習口語的小夥伴，如果你的小夥伴上線了系統也會提醒你。
口譯漢英或英漢對照的讀物。
當然前提是要選擇適合你現階段英語水平的讀物。你可以先讀漢語部分，然後逐句直接口譯成英文。完成一小段後再與原文進行對比。這樣我們可以即時發現我們的錯誤，並加以改正。
