1、自動焊錫機底座自身定位誤差

以往採用兩個定位治具是放不下去的,如果強制性操作,一來一回,會在過程中導致Y軸移動產生誤差;如今採用一個定位銷,儘管問題解決了,不過新問題又出現了,目前採用一個定位銷定位,因此定位不夠準確,導致在每次往底盤上放置治具時,都會產生放置誤差。

這是目前影響焊接質量的最大問題,由於在製造治具時受到機器精度,人為技術方面的影響,每個治具的尺寸都不能完全一致,這就存在治具的組合公差,因此同一個治具放置在不同通道時就會產生誤差,事實證明這是影響焊接質量最為嚴重的誤差之一。

由於需要較高的焊接精度,在所有的誤差消失後,在治具的使用過程中會產生新的焊接誤差,比如人為裝入誤差,鎳片在焊盤孔中的傾斜誤差,以及在使用過程中治具的磨損,維修擦洗打磨產生的新誤差。

介於在焊接時,既要焊接大點,又要焊接小點。事實證明焊接大點時與焊接小點時焊頭的錫所滯留量是不同的,點焊與拖焊所滯留量的又不一樣。焊頭上的錫毫無疑問會流到下一個焊點,在焊接大點時焊頭上的錫滯留量也許不足為慮,但是焊接小點時錫滯留量的多少不確定性將對小點錫量覆蓋的多少造成較大的影響。因此焊頭的錫量滯留誤差對焊接所造成的因素,將直接影響焊接良率。
