2020年美國雖然疫情很嚴重，有很多事情不可預測，3月13日受到美國官方指定Sponsor郵件，強調美國由於疫情原因很多學校將關閉；3月16日，美國Sponsor郵件英語教師已經不再接受申請，但赴美中文教師、西班牙、法語尤其是美國的小學教師、理科教師，數學教師及特殊教育的老師依舊可以申請；
這些資料務必按照下面的要求自行準備好，4月中下旬，美國的Sponsor系統將會全面開放，申請人可自由地上傳資料，如果資料不齊，不全，不能通過審核，學校也不會給面試的機會，相信每一個申請老師會按照要求準備；
PASSPORT COLOR SCAN
Your digital image of your passport must be:
·In color
·In JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) file format
·Equal to or less than 500 kB (kilobytes) in file size (less than 10 kB is not accepted)
·Be sized in 800(minimum-width) x 600(minimum-height) pixels
·Properly exposed (too dark or light is not acceptable)
·In a right position.
·Clear and all characters must be readable.
PROFILE PHOTO
Photo Basics
1. Submit a color photo, taken in the last 6 months
2. Equal to or less than 500 kB (kilobytes) in file size (less than 10 kB is not accepted)
3. Use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media.
4. Have someone else take your photo. No selfies.
5. Take off your eyeglasses for your photo.
6. Use a plain white or off-white background

REFERENCE LETTERS
推薦信是每一個申請人的資料的重要部分，尤其是學歷需要驗證，有些申請老師已經通過了美國的教育認證，這是非常好的，沒有通過教育認證請自己按照網址的聯繫方式去認證，如果大學學分不認證，又沒有美國的教師資格證，美國學校是不可能讓你去任教的，認證費自行承擔，大約300-500美元左右；
The letters MUST ;
·be directly from a person who is / wasyour supervisor at the schoolyou work / worked before. The refereeCANNOT BEa friend, family member, co-teacher, university professor, academic advisor, or any other professional source
·be onletterheadOR the referee’sbusiness cardmust be attached. If neither is possible, you will need to obtain a letter from a different source.
·have thename, title and the contact information(both a phone number and an email ) of the writers clearly stated.
·include your full first and last nameas it appears on your passport.
·be no longer than 2 pages and bein Englishor translated to English.
·be addressed to「Whom it May Concern」. Letters addressed to recruiters or other institutions/organizations will not be accepted.

PERSONAL STATEMENT
Please write and upload a 500-800 word personal statement that addressesALL ofthese questions. You can answer these questions separately or together in one big essay. Your personal statement should be inPDF format, equal to or less than500 kB(kilobytes) in file size.

·What is your teaching philosophy?
·Why are you a good candidate for U.S schools?
·Which activities, clubs, or sports are you willing to sponsor if you are offered a position?
PERSONAL VIDEO
Resumes and pictures are not usually good enough to create a good first impression to attract employers. Many employers prefer to give priority to the candidates who has a video. For this reason, we highly recommend you to create a3-4minute introductory video about yourself.
Here are the key points you should be careful about creating your video;
1.It should not be longer than a few minutes. Longer videos do not give better result.
2.Keep the camera stable or have someone else take your video.
3.Make sure you have the correct light and suitable background. Be careful about the background noise as well. Remember, badly created videos may seriously damage your first impression.
4.In video, you should speak with a very friendly, positive mood and smiling face.
5.You can tell about yourself, your family, house, school, students, free time activities etc. Please remember to express how excited you are about teaching in a U.S school and sharing your skills and cultural exchange opportunities.
6.Upload your video to your youtube channel and use the video link when needed.
