快樂鼠尾草精油的化學成分及功效研究

快樂鼠尾草的英文名Clary源於拉丁文Clarus，具有「清澈、明亮」之意，是一種可以明亮雙眸的草藥。正如它的名字那樣，快樂鼠尾草精油在情緒提升方面，確有令人感到幸福、快樂的功效。當然，除此之外，它在其他方面的功效也十分卓越。

基源植物

快樂鼠尾草，也稱為歐鼠尾草，中國自然標本館（CFH）收載為南歐丹參。

植物學名（拉丁文）：Salvia sclarea L. 屬於唇形科鼠尾草屬。

產地分布：主要分布於歐洲南部，如保加利亞、法國、義大利等。

植物形態：快樂鼠尾草為二年生或多年生草本，花期6-7月，穗狀花序，紫色的花苞非常美麗，陽光下非常閃亮耀眼。

萃取方式：水蒸氣蒸餾

色香特徵：快樂鼠尾草精油呈無色至淡黃色澄清液體，有著清新透發的花香，類似於薰衣草的香味，但是更清新些。

乙酸芳樟酯、芳樟醇、乙酸香葉酯、β-石竹烯、萜品醇

成分功效解析

1.芳樟醇具有抗抑鬱和鎮靜作用（通過單胺類途徑增強5-HT的效能，來發揮抗抑鬱、焦慮的功能）。

2.芳樟醇以及乙酸芳樟酯可以抑制炎症因子的過度表達，減少炎症反應。

3.芳樟醇具有抗氧化活性，能保護人體皮膚免受紫外線輻射造成的氧化損傷。
