The Safety Requirements for Bus Construction

1 SCOPE

This Standard specifies the safety requirements for bus construction.

This Standard applies to the buses in categories of M2 and M3, including trolleybuses.

This Standard does not apply to sleeper buses, special school buses, special buses or off-road buses.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 3730.2-1996, GB/T 4780-2000 and GB/T 15089 as well as the followings apply.

3.1

雙層客車Double-deck bus

A bus where the provided spaces for passengers are arranged, at least in one part, in two superimposed levels;

無軌電車Trolleybus

A rubber tyred bus powered by energy from overhead DC wires and driven by electric motor;

引道 access passage

從乘客門向車內直到最上一級踏步的外邊緣（通道的邊緣）、通行樓梯或半樓梯在車內的延伸空間 當車N處無踏步吋，引道為從乘客N向內300 mm的空間(按4.6.1.14.6.1.2),還包括通道和應急門 之N的肖由空間(應急門引道）

3.5

駕駛區 driver’s compartment

除賢念情況外由駕駛員專用的空問，包括駕駛座椅、方向盤、控制器、儀表及其他駕駛或操縱車輛必 須的裝S所A用的空間.

3.6

車組人員 member of the crew

副篤駛員和.其他輔助人員（如乘務員、導遊等)。

3.7

分隔艙 separate compartment

在車輛行駛時可由乘客或車組人員使用的車內某空N，該空間與相鄰的乘員K相互隔離，但可有門或通道相通

3.8

出口 exit

車上供乘客從個分隔艙到達車外或另個分隔艙的開口，包括乘客、通行樓梯、半樓梯和應急出口

雙引道門 douWe door

可提供兩個或相當於兩個引道的車門

3.10

滑移門 sliding door

僅能沿Ti線(或接近ft線）軌道移動而啟閉的車。

3.11

通行樓梯 intcrcommun丨cation staircase

供乘客在雙層.客車上下層之間或部分乘.客K位於駕駛K上方的單層客車的乘客門引道和乘客K之 問通行的樓梯。

半樓梯 half staircase

由雙層客車上層地板到應急n之問的樓梯

3.13

應急出口 emergency exit

在賢念情況下供乘客撤離到車外的出口，包括應急、砬急窗和撤離艙口。

3.14

應急門 emergency door

僅在異常、緊急情況下作為乘客出口的車

應急窗 emergency window

僅在緊急恬況下作為乘客出口的車窗.
