中錦賽海外球員資格賽3月14海南舉行 競賽規則

　　2013 China PGA Champions Tour Qualifying School Notice

　　主辦方：中國高爾夫球協會（以下簡稱「中高協」）

　　承辦方：北京東銘國際體育發展有限公司（以下簡稱「東銘體育」）

　　所有希望參加2013年中國職業高爾夫球錦標賽的海外選手，除滿足以下條件者，必須參加此次資格賽。

　　1. 凡在2012賽季參加過50%或以上錦標賽賽事，並獲得錦標賽年度獎金榜（海外選手排名單列）前10名的選手，將自動獲得2013年度全卡會員資格；

　　2. 凡在2012賽季參加過50%或以上錦標賽賽事，曾獲得單站冠軍的海外選手也將自動獲得2013年度的全卡會員資格；

　　3. 獲得賽事獎金榜（海外選手排名單列）前10的選手將有機會獲得推薦，參加「同一亞洲」100萬美元獎金的比賽。

　　一、參賽資格：

　　1．所有外籍職業選手和職業教練；

　　2．所有被其它國家和地區權威機構認可的差點為2（最多不超 過2.4係數）的外籍業餘選手；

　　3．香港/澳門/中華臺北的職業選手。

　　二、賽事時間/地點：

　　地點：海南康樂園高爾夫球俱樂部

　　比賽日期： 3月14日-17日

　　報到 日： 3月11日

　　練 習 日： 3月12日、13日

　　三、賽事形式：

　　1．比賽形式：72洞比杆賽。以72洞的總杆數為標準計分。在完成全部4輪18洞（總計72洞） 比賽之後，杆數最低的前30位選手將獲得參加2013年中國職業高爾夫球錦標賽全年基礎賽事的參賽資格（全卡會員），排名在31-40位的選手將獲得準參賽資格（半卡會員）。如有並列，將按以下順序排列計算：

　　（1） 最後18洞的成績；

　　（2） 最後36洞的成績；

　　（3）以18洞倒序計數的方法排名名次。

　　2．比賽將儘量完成4輪比賽，如因極端天氣或其它不可抗力等原因而無法完成4輪比賽，「組委會「有權在54洞（3輪）之後宣布最終成績

　　3. 規則採用中國高爾夫球協會審定，由R&A規則有限公司及美國高爾夫球協會共同頒布的2012版《高爾夫球規則》以及競賽委員會制定的「比賽條件和當地規則」。

　　備註：當參賽人數超過預期時，組委會有權延長2天賽事至108洞，即在72洞比賽結束後淘汰到一定人數後，再進行36洞比杆賽爭取最終40個參賽資格（30名全卡資格/10名半卡資格）。

　　四、報名費/製作服務費:  

　　選手必須在申請參賽的同時,交納USD1000/人的報名費，申請才會被接納。通過資格賽獲得全卡或半卡會員資格的選手均需在參加2013年第一場正式賽事時交納USD200/人的製作服務費，籤署會員守則後方可正式參加比賽。>>>>報名表下載

　　五、付費方式：

　　六、報名截止日期：3月6日

　　七、退賽申請：

　　1. 所有退賽申請均需以書面形式提出，在報名截止前提出退賽的可退還報名費USD500/人。在報名截止後提出退賽的的一律不退報名費。

　　2. 如球手選擇無故不來參加比賽，不僅不會退款，還會視情節輕重予以處罰！

　　八、申請被接受及受知比賽細節：

　　申請一旦被接受，組委會將根據報名表上所列email地址發出參賽確認函一封，通知球手申請被接納，告知比賽時間、地點等相關詳細信息。無論收到電郵與否，選手均有義務自行了解詳情。

　　九、一般規則

　　中國職業高爾夫球錦標巡迴賽保留改變以上賽事方式、條款、競賽日程及在任何階段拒絕申請的權利。不遵守專業球手操守或有非競賽水準表現，包括在現在及以前資格賽中的表現，均可成為被拒絕參賽的理由。

　　中高協和組委會對賽事保留最終解釋權。(如英文與中文不符，以中文版為準)。

　　2013 China PGA Champions Tour Qualifying School Notice

　　China PGA Champions Tour is hosted by China Golf Association and organized by DYM International Sports Development Co. Ltd. It is the top level professional tour in China. There are 6 to 8 events in each season with purses range from US$200,000 to US$1,000,000.

　　2011 China PGA Champions Tour Qualifying School will be held at Hainan China between 14th and 17th March 2013. All overseas professional golfers (including those from Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan) and overseas amateur golf players with a handicap of 2 (max 2.4) are welcome to attend. A total of 40 cards are allocated exclusively for overseas players. Among all, the top 30 players are Regular Members with full cards to compete in all fundamental events, and the 10 players following are Associate Members with half cards entitled for 50% events.

　　1、Exemptions:

　　a) The top 10 ranked overseas players on our annual Order of Merit (exclusively for overseas players) will be exempted as the Regular Members with Full Card for the following season provided the player attends 50% or more events in current season.

　　b) The champion of one single event in 2012 will be exempted from this Q School and qualified as a Regular Member with Full Card for 2012 season, provided the player attends 50% or more events in 2012 season.

　　2、Entry eligibility：

　　a) All overseas (including Hong Kong/Macau/Chinese Taipei) professional golfers and coaches.

　　b) All overseas amateur golfers with a handicap of 2 (max 2.4) under the handicapping scheme from their country of entry.

　　3、Dates/Venue：

　　Event Dates: 14th to 17th March 2013

　　Venue: HNA Kangle Garden Golf Course, Xinglong, Hainan Island

　　4、Format and Conditions of Play：

　　The Q School will be conducted in stroke play of 72 holes (4 rounds).

　　The tournament will use CGA approved 「Rules of Golf as approved by R@A Rules Limited and The United States Golf Association （2012 Version）」 and the Local Rules approved by the Tournament Committee.

　　5、Entry fee/Membership Service Fee：

　　All application will ONLY be accepted after the entry fee of USD1000/person is received.

　　The players who have made the cut (full card and half card) should also pay a membership service fee of USD 200/person upon receiving notice.

　　8、Withdrawals：

　　All withdrawals must be notified in writing to China PGA Championship Tour Organizing Committee

　　1. If a withdrawal is notified prior to closing date, USD 500 will be refunded.

　　2. If a withdrawal is notified after the closing date, no refund will be returned.

　　3. If a player is absent from the competition without notification, no refund will be returned and he may be punished subject to circumstance.

　　9、Notification of Acceptance of Entry and Event Information：

　　Once an entry is accepted, a letter of acceptance with event information will be sent to the player by email to the address stated in his entry form. It’s player’s obligation to confirm his entry and find all information about the event.
