摘要 〔目的〕通過對國境口岸輸入性感染性腹瀉暴發病例的快速檢測、排查和病原基因序列分析,為病人的診斷、治療和口岸突發疫情的處置提供依據,保障國境口岸的衛生安全。〔方法〕利用分子生物學技術,通過糞便樣本的核酸(RNA)提取、聚合酶鏈反應(RT-PCR)、凝膠電泳分析以及基因序列測定、基因序列分析等過程,對造成群體腹瀉的病原種類進行確認。〔結果〕9份送檢的腹瀉病人糞便樣本中均檢測到諾如病毒特異性核酸片段。經基因序列分析,確認檢測到的諾如病毒基因型屬基因組Ⅰ(GⅠ)。確認造成馬爾他籍船舶「藍海探索」號暴發腹瀉病例的病原為諾如病毒。〔結論〕通過核酸檢測等技術手段,可快速確認傳染病病原種類,為疫情控制、保障國境口岸的衛生安全提供技術支持。

[Abstract] Objective To detect, investigate and analyze ongene sequencing of virus on imported cases of infectious diarrheaoutbreak, to provide the direct basis for patient’s diagnose,treatment and the disposition to pestilence emergencies at thefrontier ports, and to safeguard the health and safety at thefrontier ports. Method The nucleicacid(RNA)extraction of the stool samples, reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), gel electrophoresis analysis,gene sequencing and the gene sequencing were conducted to confirmthe types of pathogens which caused the collective diarrhea. Result The specific nucleic acid fragments of thenorovirus (GenomeⅠ, GⅠ)was detected in the nine stool samples, andwhich confirmed the pathogen that caused the outbreak of diarrheacases on the ship named 「AZAMARA QUEST」 from Malta was thenorovirus(GenomeⅠ, GⅠ). Conclusion Nucleic aciddetection techniques can quickly identify types of infection forepidemic control, health and safety protection at the frontierports.
