最近一段時間，歐洲的疫情形勢愈發嚴峻，15日晚，塞爾維亞總統武契奇宣布全國進入緊急狀態，以應對新冠肺炎疫情蔓延，並向中方尋求援助。塞爾維亞的情況引發網友關注。

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic last Sunday proclaimed a nationwide state of emergency to fight the spread of the novel coronavirus.
在電視講話中，武契奇說：「你會意識到，國際團結是不存在的，歐洲團結是不存在的，那只是童話。今天我寫了一封特殊的信，我們對於困難中唯一能提供幫助的人期望很高，那就是中國。」

He branded European solidarity as a "fairytale," and praised China instead, saying it was the only country that would help.

同時，也有人表示塞爾維亞有關部門應當行動起來，入駐微博等平臺，為自己國家尋求更廣泛的關注。
在熱心網友們的「催促」下，3月18日，塞爾維亞駐華大使館官方微博正式上線。網友們則心急尋找支援塞爾維亞的渠道。
The Serbian Embassy in China opened its official Weibo account on March 18, upon requests of many Chinese netizens who were desperately looking for ways to donate for Serbia amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
在微博中，塞爾維亞大使館寫道：「塞爾維亞駐華大使館非常感謝中國網友對塞爾維亞新冠肺炎疫情的關心。你們的支持和幫助讓我們非常感動！」
"The Serbian Embassy in China appreciates the concerns of Chinese netizens regarding COVID-19 in Serbia. We are deeply impressed and moved by your support," said the embassy in its post.

有網友發現，塞爾維亞大使館的微博簡介中顯示其年齡為65歲，這可能代表著中塞攜手走過的65年友誼之路。1955年，中國與南斯拉夫聯邦人民共和國正式建交，掀開了中國人民同塞爾維亞人民友誼合作新的一頁。
Its official Weibo introduction writes "65 years old」, Sino-Serbian friendship has gone through 65 years since China and the former Yugoslavia formally established diplomatic ties on January 2, 1955.

網友們還呼籲其官微趕緊設立募捐渠道，很多人表達希望向塞爾維亞捐助醫療物資，度過難關。
Chinese netizens have called on the Serbian Embassy in China to set up a fundraising channel, as many expressed their desire on social media to donate medical aid to Serbia to help fight against COVID-19.

在總統求助後，物資很快到位。據CGTN援引塞爾維亞政府發布的消息稱，首批中國發出的醫療物資已經在上周日晚抵達塞爾維亞。物資中包括1000支快速檢測試劑盒，可以在3小時內檢測出結果。
According to the Serbian government's press release Monday, the first batch of medical aid from China to Serbia arrived in Belgrade last Sunday night to help fight COVID-19. The shipment included 1,000 manufactured rapid test kits, which can provide results within three hours.

隨後，塞爾維亞總統武契奇和總理布爾納比奇分別通過媒體向中國表示感謝，強調這是塞爾維亞收到的第一批來自國外的疫情防控物資援助。

據環球網報導，17日，塞爾維亞總統武契奇在社交媒體上先後兩次發文，對中國在疫情期間對該國提供援助表示感謝。
「我對我們的中國朋友感激不盡，他們向我們提供了極大的幫助。有這樣的朋友，我感到很高興，也很驕傲自豪！我們永遠不會忘記這一點！」

約1小時後，這位塞爾維亞總統再次發文，重申中塞兩國友好情誼。他寫道，「我們為兩國間的友誼感到驕傲。我們永遠不會忘記中國朋友的幫助。」這一次，他還配了一張印有中塞兩國國旗的圖片。

當前，新冠肺炎疫情在境外多國多點暴發、迅速蔓延。中方在全力打贏本國疫情防控阻擊戰的同時，積極參與抗疫國際合作，向有關國家和國際組織提供力所能及的幫助。這既是中國的國際責任擔當，也有利於鞏固前期抗疫成果。
The COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly spread to multiple countries. While making all-out efforts to combat it at home, China is actively engaging in international cooperation and providing as much help as possible to other countries and international organizations. 根據我目前掌握的情況，中國政府已向巴基斯坦、寮國、泰國、伊朗、韓國、日本等國和非盟交付了醫療防護物資援助，向世衛組織提供2000萬美元捐款，已宣布對義大利、法國、西班牙、希臘、塞爾維亞、歐盟、柬埔寨、菲律賓、埃及、南非、伊拉克、衣索比亞、哈薩克斯坦、白俄羅斯、古巴、智利等幾十個國家提供力所能及的抗疫物資援助，並支持友好國家在中國市場採購醫療物資。除中央政府層面，中國地方政府、企業、民間機構也已經行動起來，積極向有關國家提供捐贈。
As I know, the Chinese government has delivered medical supplies to Pakistan, Laos, Thailand, Iran, the ROK, Japan and the African Union, donated $20 million to the WHO, and announced assistance to be delivered to dozens of countries including Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Serbia, the EU, Cambodia, the Philippines, Egypt, South Africa, Iraq, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Cuba and Chile. We also support countries' procurement of medical supplies made in China. Our local governments, enterprises and civil institutions also made donations to other countries.
此外，中方還通過向伊朗、伊拉克、義大利等國派遣醫療專家組、同有關國家和國際組織舉行視頻會議等方式，對外分享中方診療和防控經驗。
Besides, China is sharing our medical know-how with the world by sending healthcare professionals to Iran, Iraq, Italy and other countries, and holding video conferences with other countries and international organizations.
