六、Undercut 倒勾對策
1、Undercut solution: 2 sliders+ 3 lifters.
倒勾處理方式: 2 滑塊 + 3 斜梢。
2、Suggestion: Make a shut offhole to simplify the tool structure.
建議:此處建議製作靠破孔以簡化模具結構。
3、Suggest adding material atred area, otherwise, the mold can't open.
建議紅色區域加肉,否則模具無法開模。
4、Suggest to cancel theradius to facilitate lifter action.
建議取消 R 角以利斜稍動作。
5、Suggest making the width of theplane at least 4mm to facilitate lifter action.
建議將平面做到至少 4 mm ,以利斜稍作動。
6、Before : The hole shut offwith rib, it is very easy to cause flash. Suggest moving the rib location tosimplify the shutoff ( both side).
改善前:靠破孔與肋靠破,易產生毛邊,建議肋位移使靠破單純(雙側)。
7、Three lifters are too weak,we suggest to make spare parts.
3個斜梢太脆弱,建議製作備品。
8、We suggest using slide hereto prevent part sticking.
為避免成品脫模離型,此處將做滑塊避免成品脫模離型。
9、Suggest to fill up the gap(both sides).
建議移除間隙,將其填平(兩邊)。
10、The Flash will be easilyoccurred at this two areas because the slider moves back and forth.
因為滑塊來回動作,此二處很容易產生毛邊。
11、There will be Undercut atthe indicated area,Please modify it.
箭頭指示處有倒勾請修正。
12、Increase material atundercut area ( blue line) to simplify the shutoff PL. (both sides).
倒勾區域(藍色斜面)加肉方便簡化靠破PL(雙側)。

七、Surface Finish 表面處理建議
1、The surface texture on thecavity side is MT11060. Recommend at least 5 degree draft angle.
母模側表面處理為MT11060, 建議最小脫模角為5度。
2、Recommend SPI-A3 for thesurface texture on cavity side.
母模側表面處理建議為SPI-A3。
3、Recommend Ra 2.2μm for thetexture surface on the core side.
公模側平面表面處理建議Ra 2.2μm。
4、Recommend SPI-B2 for surfacetexture of side wall.
側璧表面處理建議為SPI-B2。
5、What is the requirement ofthe surface finish? Offer suggestions about draft angle.
外觀表面處理是什麼?提供建議的脫模角。
6、Recommend to enlarge thedimension of button holes in 0.05 mm on each side to prevent mismatch.
公模按鍵孔單邊加大0.05mm,避免毛邊段差產生以影響外觀。
7、The requirement of surface roughnessfollows the SPI standard.
表面粗糙度的要求依照 SPI 標準。
8、The purpose of applyingSPI-B2 on core side is to prevent part sticking on cavity side.
在公模使用 SPI-B2 的目的是避免成品黏母模。
9、The surface finish refer toVDI-30 standard.
表面處理參考 VDI-30 標準。
10、If the cavity texture isMT-11070, then the draft angle at arrow area is not sufficient,We suggest option 2.
若母模咬花為MT-11070,則箭頭所示處之拔模角度不足.建議方案2。
11、(1) Increase draft angle to4.5 degree. (2) 4 slides will be requiredif the part structure can't be changed.
(1) 請增加至4.5度.(2)若無法變更成品設計.則須製作四面滑塊)。
12、This area is hard totexture because the width is too small (0.34mm),Wesuggest to increase the width to 0.6mm.
本區域因為寬度(0.34mm)很小,因此很難咬花,建議將此區域增加到 0.6mm 寬。
13、Does the part surface needsecondary operation, or electric plating?
成品外觀是否需要二次加工,電鍍?
14、Mirror EDM.
鏡面放電。
八、Engraving 刻字建議
1、The part number has to beput in a recess, and the height of letters should not be over 0.15mm.
成品料號須要放在凹槽中,字高不得超過0.15mm。
2、There will be a recess atengraving area,The letters will protrude 0.1 mm fromthe part surface.
刻字區會有一個凹槽,字會凸出成品面0.1mm。
3、ALL characters at the stamparea should protrude the product 0.1mm and the character's height is 1.5mm.
所有刻字區域皆凸出成品0.1MM ,刻字高為1.5MM。
4、Suggest to make the cavitynumber on cavity electric forming plate.
穴號建議在母模電鑄片上製作。
5、All engraving letters haveto remain below part surface plane.
所有刻字不得高於成品表面。
九、Ejector Pin 頂針建議
1、Suggest the ejector pins layoutas figure to achieve ejection balance.
建議的頂針配置如圖,以取得頂出平衡。
2、Suggest ejector sleeve atthis area.
此處建議使用頂出套筒。
、This area is too small toput ejector,Suggest ejector blade.
此處空間太小,無法置放頂針.建議用扁梢。
4、This area is too small toput ejector,Suggest to increase material for ejectorpin.
此處空間太小,無法置放頂針.建議加肉以放頂針。
5、The ejector pin diameter istoo small (only 1.0mm). Shoulder type ejector pins are required.
頂針直徑很細(1.0mm),需用二段式頂針。
6、Use single ejector system.
使用一段頂出。
7、Use two stages ejectorsystem.
使用二段頂出。
8、Use stripper plate ejectorsystem.
使用脫料板頂出。
9、The return of ejector plateassembly drives by spring.
頂出的回退使用彈簧系統。

使用強迫回退進行頂出回位。

十、Structure Interference 結構幹涉建議
1、The rib interfere with thelifter,Recommend to cancel the rib.
Rib與lifter幹涉,建議RIB取消。
2、The sliders interfere withejector pin.
滑塊與頂針幹涉。
3、We suggest to change theclip width from 4.0mm to 3.5mm to ensure a enough distance for lifter movement.
為了讓Lifter有足夠空間作動, 建議卡勾寬度由4.0mm改到3.5mm。
十 一、AssemblyInterference 組裝幹涉建議
1、There is a gap betweenfront housing and rear housing after assembling.
前殼與後殼之間組裝後有間隙。
2、Assembly interference atarrow area.
箭頭所示處,組裝幹涉。
3、The holes are not concentricat arrow area.
箭頭所示處,孔位偏位。
十二、Others 其他
1、Because the mistake of EDM, we have to re-build cavity block.
由於放電失誤,因此我們須重做母模仁。
2、Because we will use a newmaterial of the part, we have to know the shrinkage rate of the material beforedesigning the tool.
由於此產品將使用新原料,因此我們在設計模具之前須先查到它的收縮率是多少。
3、The venting slot should beas wide as possible for air vent out easily.
排氣槽應儘可能寬一些,讓空氣容易排出。
4、The maximum depth ofventing slot should not be over 0.01mm.
排氣槽的最大深度不要超過0.01mm。
5、M customer confirmed the toolinglayout.
M客戶確認了模具配置圖。
6、Insert screw at arrow area.
嵌入螺絲,於箭頭所示處。
7、Suggest moving the twobosses to the left by 2~3mm to prevent the tunnel gate getting too close to thecore pins.
建議此兩處螺柱向左移2-3mm,避免潛伏式澆口與Core Pin過近。
8、Suggest to remove thesethree bosses to reduce heat staking boss.
減少熱融柱,建議取消此三處boss。
9、the shutoff angle will beincreased by reducing material of this surface to prevent galling. ( bothsides)
此面減肉後可加大靠破角度避免咬傷(雙側)。
