一代偉人霍金的逝世讓無數人深感哀痛。在當地時間3月31日，霍金的葬禮在劍橋大學附近的聖瑪麗教堂舉行，霍金生前曾在這個學院探索宇宙奧秘，一研究就是52年。
在霍金傳記片《萬物理論》中飾演霍金本人的「小雀斑」也參加了葬禮，並致悼詞。
這首悼詞出自聖經，無論是英語原文，還是小主找到的這版中文， 一字一珠，都美得令人窒息。謹以此詩，向大師致敬！
