各位晚上好!
Dear Chancellor Merkel, Deputy Prime Minister Makai, Ministers, ladies and gentlemen, it's my great honor to speak here in the CeBIT.
尊敬的默克爾總理,馬凱副總理,女士們先生們,大家晚上好。非常榮幸能夠在CeBIT上進行演講。
I remember 14 years ago, when I first came to Hannover, I try to rent a small booth to sell the Chinese products to the west and to the Europe . It has been a long time to looking for the booth, and at that time Hannover was not that prosperous, but the fair was very successful. It's difficult to get a booth , finally we got a small booth. We got the booth, but very few people find us.
記得14年前,我第一次來到漢諾瓦,租了一個小攤位,嘗試在歐洲賣中國製造的產品,我花了很長時間尋找攤位,那時漢諾瓦還沒那麼繁榮,但那次展銷會很成功。攤位不好找,我們最後拿下了一個小攤位,但很少有人注意到我們。
Eight years ago, we came back again. We tried to help all of the booths to move them online, help them to sale on Alibaba. It didn not work because at that time people think the trade fair online are conflict to each other.
8年前,我們再次來到這裡,嘗試將小攤位與阿里巴巴掛鈎,嘗試在線銷售,但是失敗了,因為那時的人們還不能理解網購。
Today I come back again. The reason that I come back again is try to find the important missing part of the Internet business. Internet is a part of the century in the past 20 years. It was pretty successful, but one thing that is very strange that I found that very few Internet companies can survive peacefully and healthily for more than 3 years.
今天我再次來到這裡,目的是尋找目前網際網路產業丟失的一環。過去20年網際網路產業取得巨大成功。不過,有一件事情很奇怪,我發現很少有網際網路公司能健康、平穩地活過3年。
That means most of the Internet companies can only have honey days, honey weeks, they don't have even honey months. What is the problem? Where is the missing part? So I think I strongly believe that the missing part is in Europe. What is that ?
換句話說,網際網路公司可能只有蜜日、蜜周,但蜜月就不一定有了。為什麼會這樣?問題出在哪裡?缺失了什麼?我堅信,缺失的東西就在歐洲。那是什麼呢?
Whether we like it or not, in the past 20 years, Internet has launched a huge impact to the human lives. Everybody believe that the Internet has done great things to the world, and also a lot of the traditional businesses hate the Internet because they destroyed their business.
不可否認,過去20年網際網路已經深刻改變了人類生活。每個人都認為網際網路給全世界帶來了一些好的東西。同樣,許多傳統企業對網際網路恨之入骨,因為網際網路奪走了他們的市場。
But what the rest is that why Internet companies always worry, worry? Because you see whether Google, facebook, amazon, eBay and Alibaba, all of us worry everyday. So We think there must be a problem, and the problem is that we have to find a solution that how we can be a company can live long and healthy as like Mercedes-Benze and Siemens.
但是,為什麼網際網路公司都有焦慮症?無論是谷歌、臉書、亞馬遜和ebay,還是阿里巴巴,我們每天都在擔憂,我們感到一定是哪裡出了問題。我們必須找到解決方法,能讓我們像奔馳、西門子那樣,活得健康長久。
If any industry can not live more than 3 years, if all the companies can not live happily for 3 years, this industry can never become the mainstream, this industry can never become the d-economy. So what we want to do is that how we can find the solution.
如果一個行業活不到3年,如果該行業內的很多公司活不到3年,那麼這個行業就不可能成為主流行業,不可能實現數字經濟。因此,我們想知道該如何找到問題解決辦法。
The world is changing so fast, most people don't realize what is IT, what is Internet, we're moving very very fast today to technology.
世界變化如此之快,很多人還不知道什麼是IT,什麼是網際網路。科學技術讓我們的發展速度日新月異。
IT technology and digital technology, is not the technology difference, is the difference of the way people think, the way people deal with the world. We don't know the world will look like in 30 years, and we don't know what the data will look like, but we are sure that the whole world in next 30 years will be changed .
IT技術和數位技術的區別不在於技術本身,而是人們思考方式和行動方式。誰也不知道30年後世界會變成什麼樣子,也不知道數位技術會發展成什麼樣。唯一能確定的就是世界一定會發生變化。
If the first and the second innovation and technology revolution relieve or liberate the human strength, the physical strength, this revolution release and liberate the strength of human brain, the brain in innovation.
如果說第一次和第二次創新技術革命解放了人類的體力,那麼這次技術革命就解放了人類的腦力和創造力。
The future world, we believe we』ll be connected not by oil, not by other things, but by datas . The future world, the business is C2B, not B2C. C2B is consumer to business, not business to consumer . Because you have a lot of datas, because the datas the manufacturer must do customerlized things, otherwise manufacturer will be very difficult.
我們相信,未來的世界不會依賴石油和其他東西,但是會依賴數據。商業世界將從B2C變成C2B,用戶改變企業,而不是企業改變用戶。因為我們將有大量的數據,製造商將定製化產品,否則很難有銷路。
In the future , all the manufacturers, they make the machines. The machines can not only produce the products, the machines must talk, the machine must think ,and the machine is not going to be supported by oil, by electricity, the machine is going to be supported by datas.
未來,製造商會自己研製機器,這些機器不僅可以生產,還會說話,會思考。機器不再依靠石油、電力,但是依靠數據。
The future world, business will not focus on the size, business will not focus on standardization and power, they will focus on the flexibility, nimbleness, customization and user-friendliness.
在未來的世界裡,企業不再關注規模,標準化和力量,而會關注靈活性、敏捷性、個性化和用戶友好性。
And also I strongly believe the future world, we are going to have a lot of women leaders because in the future people not only focus on the muscles, powers. They focus on wisdom, they focus on kindness and responsibility.
我也堅信,未來還會出現更多的女性領導者,因為人們關注的不僅是力量,還有智慧、善良和責任。
And I think Internet must find the missing part. This missing part is how the clicks and motors can work together ,and how we can make sure in the next 30 years the internet and clicks and motars can work together. Only work clicks and motars can work together, Internet companies can survive, can live happily for next 30 years.
我認為,網際網路必須找到缺失的東西,那就是如何讓滑鼠和磚泥集合在一起(喻指傳統貿易與網絡貿易相結合),找到網際網路經濟和實體經濟相結合的方法。只有這樣,網際網路公司才能長久活下去。
And if that comes ,that is what we called D-economy, is not a digital economy, which I called data economy. Everthing is going to be changed. And I also believe the world is going to be beautiful, but the world is very challenging.
那時候我們就迎來了「D經濟」時代,D指的是數據,而不是電子。一切都將得到改變。同時我也相信,世界將變得美好,也更富有挑戰。
Apple may not be the future, but Apple tells us what the future will look like, that is something in the machine is moving. That is data.
蘋果也許不是未來,但蘋果為我們描繪了未來的畫面,也就是在機器裡傳輸的東西。那東西叫做數據。
We are at a great time of innovation, inspiration, invention and creativity, and I think everyone is working hard, try to realize their dreams. Today you see here ,a real world of workers, truck drivers and game players, and also all these senior people, everybody in the ancient times, nobody can leverage the technology to realize their dreams. Today, because of the datas, everything becomes true.
我們處於最好的時代,創造力、奇思妙想爆發的時代,我人們每個人都在努力實現夢想,不論什麼行業,不論是貨車司機,還是遊戲玩家和所有的資深人士,每個人都可以充分利用科技實現夢想,這在以前是不可想像的。有了數據,所有夢想都實現了。
And I strongly believe, it's not the technology that changed the world. It's the dreams behind the technology that changed the world. If the technology changed the world, I'll never be here, I'm not trained to be a technology, I know nothing about computer, and I know very little about the Internet. I have a strong dream that we want to help small business.
我相信,不是科技改變了世界,是科技背後的夢想。如果是科技改變了世界,我不會出現在這裡,因為我不是個技術控,對計算機就業一無所知,對網際網路也只是略知一二。但是,我有一個強大的夢想,就是幫助中小企業。
So, 14 years ago, we come here to sell Chinese products to Europe, that won't work. 14 years later, we try to help the European small business to China , to the world by using the Internet. It's the dreams that drive the world, it's not only the technology. And thank you very very much for listening!
所以,14年前我帶著中國商品來到這裡,但沒有成功。14年後,我們要通過網際網路幫助歐洲的中小企業開拓中國市場,乃至世界市場。是夢想在改變世界,而不是技術本身。
So ladies and gentlemen, let's work hard. It's a fantastic world. It's the world belongs to young people. It's the world belong to the future.
所以,女士們先生們,讓我們努力工作吧。這是一個精彩紛呈的世界,這是一個屬於年輕人的世界,這是一個屬於未來的世界。
