五個園藝療法實操工作坊是本次會議的亮點之一，分別由來自日本博愛醫療和福利公司的Mika Inoue & Toshiko Kai、香港園藝治療協會會長馮婉儀、臺灣園藝輔助治療協會理事長黃盛璘、韓國及中國大陸地區的導師主持，展現亞洲園藝療法實操的最高水平。
1、日本
工作坊主題：用「和紙」和「摺紙」感受季節和日本傳統文化
Workshop Title：Feelthe season and Japaese Traditional Culture with 「Washi」 and 「Origami」
日本人的生活與自然相伴。我們擁有自己的文化，並善於運用不同的材質，通過各樣的造型來表達對季節的喜愛。
摺紙藝術誕生於日本漫長的歷史中，在日本人的生活中佔據重要地位並隨處可見。
在本次工作坊中，我們將帶領你通過利用傳統造紙工藝的「和紙」來感受日本文化下園藝療法的作用。
藉助這次的工作坊，我們旨在分享對於季節變換的表達以及如何運用「和紙」來將四季引入生活。
同時，我們希望帶你體驗以園藝療法來維持與提升身心機能，以及如何令自己的生活方式煥然一新。
We, Japanese, spend our life with nature. And we haveour own culture, love seasons using with many kinds of materials, by different typeof styles.
Japanese paper culture was born in our long history.It takes an important part of our life and can be seen everywhere.
In this workshop, we would like you to experience therole of Horticultural Therapy with Japanese culture through traditional paper 「Washi 」.
Through this workshop, we would like to share that we expressChange of the season and how to take it in our life using by 「 Washi 「.
Also we would like you to experience the way tomaintain and improve mind and body function, and how to renovate our own lifestylewith Horticultural Therapy.

工作坊主題：再造紙的花花世界
Workshop Title：Findinga way out - Seed paper making
工作坊的目的是學習製作種子紙，透過再造紙的重生特性，借著加入種子和乾花，傳遞生命的力量，從而抒發感受。工作坊的內容將包括介紹種子紙製作、示範、實習製作及分享。
The objective of this workshop is seed paper making. Seed paper is making use of thecharacteristics of post-consumer paper, with the addition of seeds and driedflower, to convey the message of 「regenerating the power of life」 toparticipants who would be enabled to have reflections and expression offeelings during the process. The workshop includes introduction, demonstrationand making of seed paper, and sharing session.
3、中國臺灣
工作坊主題：以「艾」傳愛——園藝治療本土化之路
Workshop Title：Passing on Love with Mugwort——The Path ofInfusing Native Culture into the Horticultural Therapy
艾草，在臺灣是人人耳熟能詳的中藥材。早在四百多年前就被記載於「本草綱目」：「艾以葉入藥，性溫、無毒，純陽之物。」
我們將藉由體驗艾草茶、艾草平安包及艾草驅蚊香的活動，一起來思考、探討園藝治療本土化的歷程——
(1)本土的保健植物取代西方的香藥草，例如艾草、紫蘇等。
(2)融進二十四節氣及傳統節慶，例如端午節、中元節、冬至等。
(3)中醫的養生概念，例如五行五色的運用。
(4)「農、食、醫」三位一體的園藝治療。
Mugwort (Ai Ye) is a Chinese herb whichTaiwanese are familiar with. As early as more than 400 years ago, it was recorded in the "Compendium of Materia Medica": "The leaves of Mugwort are used as medicine. Its nature is warm, non-toxic and purely yang.」
We are going to explore and ponder theprocess of the localization of horticultural therapy through experiencing these activities of making Mugwort tea, Mugwort pouches, and Mugwort repellentsticks.
To replace western herbs with Local medicinal plants, such as Mugwort and Perilla … etc.
To integrate 24 solar terms and traditional festivals, such as Dragon Boat Festival, Ghost Festival, and Winter Solstice intohorticultural therapy.
To incorporate the concept of Chinese Medicinal health care, such as the use of five elements and five colors into horticultural therapy.

4、四川園藝療法協會
工作坊主題：中醫心靈減壓——箱庭園藝工作坊
走進箱庭園藝的世界，給心靈減壓，與生命對話。
1.結合中醫穴位按摩與中草藥植物，靜心安神、舒緩壓力，放鬆身心；
2.與植物接觸，進行園藝操作，對話植物生命，感悟成長；
3.通過植物箱庭的製作，探索潛意識中自己在團體中的角色，感受團體人際互動的模式。藉助團體動力對自己的人際交往方式帶來積極的啟示和轉變，激發自愈過程和心靈與自性的發展。
5、木槿舍心理工作室
工作坊主題：半畝花園——園藝療法融合型體驗式團建工作坊
融合型體驗式課堂，融入園藝療法的團建活動
心理學主線：以團建貫穿課堂主線，促進參與者交流，促進協商與合作。
自我成長：通過角色分工促進參與度，提升個體責任感與主人翁意識，強調團隊精神。
園藝知識貫穿：了解基本園藝知識、植物材料、盆栽設計、基礎審美。
引導生活方式：結合長效栽培活動，引導綠色生活方式，關注自我內心成長。
心理調適：以園藝為媒介，增加五感刺激，緩解壓力，舒緩心情。
