Level 7 - a option to region locked
Level 11 - stable server-to-client performance
Level 15 - a smooth over 60 fps experience
Level 20 - a overall rubber banding, lag-free advanture
man I would even give up skins for that
這種通行證如果要9.99美元我也肯定會買
包括：
升到3級-不會出現不同步問題
升到7級-有鎖區選項
升到11級-獲得穩定的伺服器和客戶端性能
升到15級- 穩定60+FPS
升到20級-運行流暢，無卡頓
如果有這種通行證，我寧可不買皮膚

What the hell. I have an internet that runs 500kbs but i never experience rubber banding. Also my gtx 660 can run a good 60 fps on all low. However desync is an issue. Also the servers are so fucked up.
