寫在前面，奧媽的話：從韋恩·格雷茲基餐廳回來第二天，多倫多因為確診病例增多從Stage3退回到Stage 2+，28天的禁限令包括餐廳堂食，而後又延期一周。11月14日多倫多進入Red Zone，少於10人開放的期望落空。更糟糕的是，本周一，多倫多和皮爾區開始至少為期四周的「宅家令"（違者將受重罰），令疫情期間備受打擊的餐飲業雪上加霜。現在，我們除了上學和必要的活動之外重新「宅家」。真希望疫苗是那束光，早日照亮我們的生活，讓一切重回正軌。因為失去，所以珍惜。大家多保重，感恩節快樂！
言歸正傳，以下就是小奧寫的格雷茨基餐廳觀後感：
One year ago, when it was my birthday, we went to the Hockey Hall of Fame, but missed out on going to Gretzky's restaurant because I had a hockey game. It was almost thanksgiving in Canada and, I knew that the Gretzky' restaurant will be closed on October 8, 2020. I couldn't miss it the last day when it is the birthday of Gretzky's dad.
去年我生日那天，我們參觀完冰球名人館因為有比賽，錯過了去韋恩·格雷茲基餐廳的機會。上個月加拿大感恩節前，聽說餐廳10月8日（那天是韋恩爸爸的生日）要停業，我下決心不能再錯過。
I invited my new friend to come along with me. We had a lot of fun that day at school, but even better was that we would go to the restaurant together. I really wanted toget a last chance of eating at Gretzky's, and I got to do it. It was a special experience!
我邀請了我的新朋友跟我一起去。我們在學校已經玩得很開心了，一想到晚上的計劃就更興奮。我真的很盼望有最後的機會去那裡吃東西，我必須去。那將是一個多麼美妙的經歷！
The restaurant attracts both tourists and locals alike. It stands out by the number 99 in the front, which is the jersey number of Wayne Gretzky. There is also Wayne's signature up front. If you don't know what 99 and Wayne Gretzky stand for, the spinning hockey player on the roof can tell. Conveniently, the address of the restaurant is 99 Blue Jays Way.

Being proud of himself as a Canadian, Gretzky, the hockey legend opened this restaurant in 1993. He put his old memorabilia collected by his dad into use and connected with his fans over there.He hosted his retirement party at the restaurant in 1999. It has become a popular place in Toronto in the past 27 years.

It was raining when we came for visit. From far away on the Blue Jays Way, I could see the rotating hockey player, a sign as big as a real person on top of the roof in the corner of the street. Getting closer, a huge number 99 is in front of the restaurant. Visitors were lined up， chatting and taking pictures.
我們到餐廳時雨還在下。我在Blue Jay街道的老遠就看到了街角大樓屋頂上有一個跟冰球運動員真人一樣大的標誌在旋轉，走近一些，一個巨大的99號數字矗立在餐廳前，排隊的人在聊天和拍照。
Not too long, a gentleman who looked very well dressed came out to greet us. I took a glance at the door handles. Interesting, it was made by skate blades! Sadly the restaurant was hanging up its skates to make room for a new condo tower.
沒過多久，有位紳士出門來招呼我們進去。我無意中瞥了一眼門把手，真有趣，把手是由溜冰鞋製成的！一想到餐廳不得不為新的公寓大樓騰出空間，我就覺得有點難過，這個小把手像在替主人表達要「掛靴」的意思。
Just as we entered, a manager passed us two t-shirts with the Gretzky's logo on it (only for kids XD). I was kind of surprise.
就在我一進門的時候，餐廳經理遞來兩件印有韋恩·格雷茲基標誌的T恤衫(只給小孩子)，我有點兒小驚訝。
Inside the building was very cozy and warm, and kind of reminded me of that time we went to Algonquin and went in to that little hotel, which was also pretty cozy. It was both modern and medieval at the same time. It was warm and cozy, just like my house, but cozier.
餐廳裡面非常舒適溫暖，讓我想起去阿岡昆進入那家小旅館時的感覺，也非常舒適，它的建築風格既現代又有點兒中世紀的味道，舒適溫暖就像我家，但比我家更舒適。
The restaurant was full. Most of the visitors were adults. Only three other kids with their young parents were behind our table. People were all dressed well. Everybody chatted and smiled.Waiters were friendly. No one looked sad even though it was the last day of the restaurant.
餐廳很滿，基本上都是成年人。只有我們後面那張桌子坐著一對年輕夫婦和三個小孩。人們穿著得體，喝酒、聊天，臉上掛著笑容。服務員很友好。儘管是最後一天營業，沒感到有誰難過。
I loved everything there and haven't seen everything that the restaurant had to offer yet. There is a balcony, and another half of the ground floor and lots of different food that I haven't seen yet.
我喜歡這裡的每樣東西，儘管我並沒有看全。我沒有看到二樓的陽臺，和第一層的另一半，許多食物我都沒有見過。
We discovered some memorabilia while we were waiting. The partially hidden back corridor was full of Gretzky history. There were a lot of newspaper articles and some jerseys, and hockey sticks that Gretzky used when he was still playing.
等著上菜的期間，我們發現了一些紀念品。有一部分紀念品隱藏在後面的走廊裡，充滿了格雷茨基的歷史。其中有很多他還在打球時的報紙文章和球衣，還有很多冰球桿。
My favorite one was the cereal box that had some Gretzky hockey cards inside (the picture was pretty bad). I recognized a news cover from a sports illustrated book that I had. "Magic" Johnson (Basketball Star) welcomed Gretzky Wayne to Los Angeles.
我最喜歡的是裝在一個麥片盒裡的Gretzky冰球卡（照片非常糟糕）。另外，有一本體育插圖書的新聞封面讓我想起了我也有這類書。書裡有一張籃球明星Earvin Johnson歡迎韋恩·格雷茨基到洛杉磯的照片。
I also found some pieces of Wayne's childhood by looking at a photo where Wayne was skating on the pond with his dad. Other pieces of memories were Wayne's score sheets of peewee hockey and some other photos where Wayne looked very happy in these photos.Later，I saw a picture of Wayne holding the Stanley Cup with his teammates.
看韋恩與父親在一塊凍了冰的小池塘上滑冰的照片時，我還發現了其他幾張韋恩童年時期的照片，比如他打Peewee時的比賽記分表，和另外一些，韋恩在這些照片中看起來非常開心。後來，我看到一張他和隊友高舉斯坦利杯的照片。
On my way to the table, I got a glimpse of the kitchen. It had a very pleasant smell. Everyone was kind to me, and the chefs were very hardworking. The kitchen looked very fancy.
在我回餐桌的路上，我去廚房門口轉了一圈，味道聞起來很香。每個人對我都很好，廚師們都很努力。廚房看起來很漂亮。
I loved everything about the food. We ordered a lot. The restaurant offered everything for only 5 dollars for the closing day. It was amazing. We got Chicken Wrap,Crispy Bacon, Beef Hamburger，Fries, Sprite and Apple Juice.All fresh.
我每樣食物都很喜歡，我們點了很多。最後一天餐廳答謝顧客，每樣菜品及飲料僅售5加幣，真是太棒了。雞肉卷、脆皮培根、牛肉漢堡、薯條、雪碧和蘋果汁，擺滿了一桌，都很新鮮。
We laughed at some soccer bloopers, and we watched a soccer game. I think the best thing about sports bars are after you place order; you can enjoy yourself while you wait by watching a nice soccer game. The big screen TVs have got to be my favorite thing in the bar XD.
我們嘲笑了一些足球運動員，並且觀看了一場足球比賽。我認為體育酒吧最好的地方是，當您點完菜，就可以一邊看一場精彩的足球比賽一邊盡情享受。在XD酒吧中，我最喜歡的是大屏幕電視。
When we finally left, I saw some Gretzky's mugs on the table at entrance. It was labeled "Free, please take." I was confused for a bit, but thought that since it was the last day of the restaurant, they could give extra mugs.It was really a good souvenir to me. I couldn't even believe that we were the last customers.

I am so glad that we made decision to Wayne Gretzky's. I enjoyed the last meal.I explored the nice design and placements of the restaurants, and saw all the cool stuffthere. I hope to explore more in future about Gretzky's other business. I also want to be as humble, respected and honored as Wayne.
決定去格雷茨基餐廳這件事令我開心，最後那頓晚餐很美妙。我在盡情享受美味、觀看球賽的同時，探索了餐廳裡精美的設計和布置，並在那裡見識了所有很有意義的收藏品。我還想進一步了解韋恩·格雷茲基的其他生意，我想像他一樣謙遜、受人尊敬並享有榮譽。
I am very glad that I had this opportiunity to visit Gretzky's restaurant during Covid 19, and before it closed. I am very happy to have experienced Hockey as part of my life. I am grateful for everything!
