劇情：把朝鮮歌曲改編成迪斯科舞曲，特型演員陶醉地狂舞。
Resume: An actor acting Kim Jong-un dance with the national anthem of North Korea.
《愛國歌》（北朝鮮國歌）：創作於1947年，作詞樸世永，作曲金元均。
看一輪旭日光芒，
See a rising sun shine,
普照美麗富饒的土地礦藏，
Shine beautiful and fertile land and mineral deposits,
祖國三千裡江山如畫，
Three thousand miles of our beautiful country looks like picture,
五千年歷史悠長。
A long history of 5,000 years.
燦爛輝煌的民族文化，
Brilliant national culture,
培育著光榮人民成長，
Cultivate a glorious people,
讓我們英勇保衛祖國，
Let's defense bravely our motherland,
貢獻出全部力量!

關於《北朝鮮國際微電影節》
《北朝鮮國際微電影節》是烏託邦小組的策展類作品，刻意戲仿平壤國際電影節。作品分為三個部分：
第一部分為烏託邦小組自己拍攝的十部相關題材的視頻作品。以及與電影節相關的元素（還包括：自製木刻海報十幅，自製鑄銅獎盃，獎狀、一部北朝鮮電影節宣傳片等。）
第二部分為網絡徵集世界範圍內網友的視頻作品。
第三部分是作為一場行為表演的頒獎典禮。
About North Korea International Microfilm Festival
North Korea International Microfilm Festival Is Utopia Group’s Curatorial work, parodying the Pyongyang international festival it contains two parts:
The first part is Ten videos by Utopia Group themselves and some objects for the festival: posters, copper cups, Award certificates, Propaganda video.
The second part is the videos and illustrates from the global internet users.
The third part is the Award Ceremony as a performance.
關於烏託邦小組
烏託邦小組由藝術家鄧大非與何海於2008年共同發起。
鄧大非，2005年研究生畢業於中國美術學院綜合藝術系。
何海，2011年博士畢業於法國斯特拉斯堡大學藝術學院。
小組主要作品：
《十字架紀念館計劃》，《黑暗烏託邦計劃II》，《不可見的旅行》，《北朝鮮國際微電影節》，《不可見的繪畫》，《黑暗烏託邦》，《關於行走的42個想像》，《圈地》，《藝商測試》，《烏託邦股票A股》，《理雅各的記憶之宮》，《家庭美術館計劃》
About Utopian Group (Dafei Deng & Hai He)
The Utopian Group has been initiated by artists Dafei Deng and Hai He in the year of 2008.
DENG Dafei, free-lancer artist, Master of Art, graduated from Integrated Art Department of China Academy of Fine Arts in 2005
HE Hai, lecturer of College of Art and Design of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, PhD of Art, from Strasbourg University, France in 2011
