其實除了這些「消費」方式,還可以通過做一些簡單的事情,有效降低自己的孤獨感:
走出家門,感受室外的空氣和陽光;
慢跑、遊泳、瑜伽、跳繩等運動;
給家人或朋友打個電話、閒聊一會,約個時間見面;
控制手機、電腦、電視等屏幕使用時間;
規律作息,睡個好覺。
如果這些方法都不奏效,還可以尋求心理醫生或諮詢師的幫助。
