CieCAS (Center of innovative and entrepreneurial Culinary Arts and Services) is a hospitality training center in Hongqiao that focuses on professional educational training for industry members and semi-professionals looking to further excel in their approach to hospitality.
Professional services at CieCAS also extend to individuals and companies in the form of yearly courses and team building activities. If you’re an aspiring chef or restaurant manager, or hope to one day own and operate a restaurant one day, CieCAS is where you can get a taste of what it’s like.

This is an interactive cooking experience at the five-star level.
The team building activities are led by culinary expert Francois, who is a Swiss-trained and certified chef, and can be customized to fit your needs.
If you want to bake the perfect lasagna or learn the fluid movement of the wok and serve your dish with artful plating, the professionals at CieCAS will guide you and your team through it.

You will learn basic food safety and hygiene and cooking techniques, understand the layout of professional cooking stations, how to work in a team (obviously), and how to cook and serve a delicious meal.
Activities can include multi-course Western meals, food and beverage training, Chinese food, fine dining, and more.

you can also sign up for cocktail classes.

The facility is equipped with a professional a la carte kitchen, a la carte restaurant, production kitchen, bar station, demo room, dining room, and multiple meeting rooms.
Meeting rooms can be used before or after team building for group discussions and other activities.

It costs roughly ¥420-780 per person, and additional food and beverages can also be provided upon request.
A team building session requires roughly 3-4 hours.
