over easy，
cooked on both sides；the yolk remains runny and the egg white is fully cooked
兩面都煎，蛋黃未凝固，蛋白全熟
over medium,
cooked on both sides；the yolk is soft and near liquid at the center；the egg white is thoroughly cooked.
兩面都煎，蛋黃柔軟，中心未完全凝固，蛋白全熟
over hard，
cooked on both sides all the way through
兩面都煎，蛋黃蛋白全熟
