並將賴某傳喚至派出所接受進一步調查

在其家對面的荒地布置了三張捕鳥網進行捕鳥
每一張捕鳥網下地面上均散落著一地鳥毛

2019年7月31日，會昌縣人民政府就發布了《關於劃定野生動物禁獵區和禁獵期的通告》對獵捕野生動物相關法律責任等進行了明確：
普 法 時 間
（一）《中華人民共和國刑法》第三百四十一條第二款：
違反狩獵法規，在禁獵區、禁獵期或者使用禁用的工具、方法進行狩獵，破壞野生動物資源，情節嚴重的，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者罰金。
（二)《中華人民共和國刑法》第三百四十條規定：
【非法捕撈水產品罪】違反保護水產資源法規，在禁漁區、禁漁期或者使用禁用的工具、方法捕撈水產品，情節嚴重的，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者罰金。
（三）《野生動物保護法》第三十二條：
違反本法規定，在禁獵區、禁獵期或者使用禁用的工具、方法獵捕野生動物的，由野生動物行政主管部門沒收獵獲物、獵捕工具和違法所得，處以罰款；情節嚴重，構成犯罪的，依照刑法第一百三十條的規定追究刑事責任。
