On January 20, Candy, an Italian home appliance brand under Haier Smart Home, officially landed in Thailand and received close attention from major e-commerce platforms. Before, Haier Thailand announced the Candy brand strategy to appeal to the Generations Y and Z, and focus on e-commerce distribution channels.

Meanwhile, Haier Thailand has released Candy brand products in Shopee, Lazada and JD Central. In 2020, Haier Thailand achieved a year-on-year increase of 131% in online channel sales.
