（二）大哥寫給大雙的信

親愛的大雙，
嘿，是我，你的大哥！你那個比其他幾個哥哥都又酷又棒的大哥-：）
為什麼我說自己又酷又棒Awesome呢？那是因為我的名字從C開始，以arl結束。如果你查字典Awesome，你再查以C打頭，以arl結尾的單詞，你會發現，他們的定義是一樣的：-）

（對了，這封信的開頭和小雙的一模一樣，因為你倆是雙胞胎）
不過真正的轉折從這開始！
大雙，你是一個想的非常周到的孩子，我可以感覺到，你非常體諒關心他人。一個很明顯的例子就是你常常問媽媽近況如何，常常主動去擁抱她， 不是所有你這個年齡的孩子能做到這些的！ 

事實上， 有一顆敏感心的年輕男孩不多，你是其中之一。 

繼續保持呵護它吧，長大後，你會成為一個很值得結交的朋友。

另外，我很驚喜地看到，你是一個驚人的小作家。 你和小雙都展示出了令人難以置信的作家的素質：你們大量的閱讀， 寫文章時使用的詞彙都挺精確，高雅。

有的時候，我很嫉妒你們倆，甚至嫉妒你們兩個可以互相鬥嘴, 吵架。也許你們沒有意識到，你們這種同呼吸共命運的彼此心靈交流，會讓你們倆個的理解包容能力要比你們的同齡人高， 保持這些吧 。

Dear Ja,

It’s me. Your big brother, who is awesome. More awesome than that other big brother you have.

Why am I so much more awesome? Well, I think it’s because my name starts with a 『C』 and ends with an 『arl』. I think if you look up the word 「awesome」 in the dictionary, you』ll pretty much find that the exact definition is someone whose name starts with a 『C』 and ends with an 『arl』.

(Yeah, that’s right. This letter begins the same way as the letter I wrote to Joseph.)

But this is where it deviates.

Jason. You’re a very thoughtful young kid. I can tell because you care about other people’s thoughts and feelings. You’re asking mom how she’s doing, and you know when to hug and take care of her. Not all kids are like that!

In fact, you’re probably in the minority of young kids who’re that sensitive. Keep at it, and you』ll grow up to be someone who’s an incredible friend some day.

In addition, I love that you’re such an amazing writer. You and Jo both display the qualities of people who are incredible writers: you guys read constantly and you use sophisticated vocabulary.

I’m so jealous that you two have each other to banter with. You may not be aware of it yet, but by having each other you two are developing your minds and abilities far faster than anyone else your age.

Keep at it, kiddo.
