1. Public display of affection
「撒狗糧」、「公開秀恩愛」英文用public display of affection來說是恰到好處，還可以簡寫為PDA。英文中show affection則是「秀恩愛」的意思。
例：Ever since they made their relationship public in February, the couple have never been afraid of openly showing their affection for one another.
自從他們2月份公開關係以來，這對情侶就再也不擔心公開秀恩愛。
2. Lovey-dovey
戀人之間卿卿我我的舉動也是常見，只可憐周圍的單身狗平白遭殃。這個詞就是用來形容（戀人間）膩乎的。
例：They haven't seen each other for a long time, so it's no wonder they got all lovey-dovey at the airport.
他們很長時間沒有見面了，在機場一見面就開始膩乎起來。
3. Come-on
這個詞意思很微妙，可以表示「誘惑物」、「引誘 (名詞)」。
例如：Did you see her smile at me? What a come-on!
(你看到她對我微笑了嗎？多麼誘人的微笑呀！)
當與動詞give 連用則有了表達愛意的意思。
例：Candy has been giving you the come-on. She obviously wants to go out with you！
凱迪一直在向你暗送秋波。她明顯是想和你出去約會嘛！
4. Chat up
遇到美女或帥哥，前去搭訕、放電英文叫做chat up。
此外，pick up則是我們常說的「撩妹/撩漢」。
類似含義的用法還有hit on sb等。
例：Benedict was totally trying to chat you up last night.
昨晚本尼迪克特絕對是想跟你搭訕來著。
