亞運志願者通過團隊考勤在「亞運志願時」系統登記自己的服務時間，按照1小時1分積累志願時積分，系統還根據志願者不同的服務職責制定了相關的係數，換算出志願者各自的志願時積分。亞運志願者累積一定的志願時積分，便可以換取相應的亞運志願者徽章。

The Asian Games volunteer badges are distributed on a basis of a point redemption scheme of volunteering service hours as volunteers can redeem one service hour for one point. Different service responsibilities have different coefficients. When the points reach 100, 200 and 300, volunteers are eligible for a bronze badge, silver badge and gold badge respectively. For higher points of 400, a medal of sun will be awarded.
