1、遊客在遊玩過程中要遵守各項水上遊樂設施的遊樂要求；
2、在園內因奔跑滑倒而受傷的機率較高，為了保證您的安全，請勿在園內奔跑；
3、貴重物品請寄存到貴重物品存放處，否則所發生財務丟失，本水上樂園不承擔任何責任；辦理儲物充值手腕帶需要交付押金20元，租金10元；
4、出於安全原因，部分項目對參與的遊客有身高、體重和年齡要求限制；
5、根據相關安全規定，園內水上遊樂項目將定期進行日檢、周檢、月檢和年度檢修，相關檢修工作可能會造成部分遊樂項目運行時間的延遲或暫停對遊客開放，詳情請見公園公告或園內告示；
6、根據安全和技術監督部門的規定，在不能滿足設備安全運行的惡劣天氣及其它自然災害等情況下(如雷電、風沙、雨雪、冰雹、大霧等)，園內設備、表演將關閉或部分關閉，公園無需事先告知，公園不承擔退票或其它任何賠償或補償；
7、因園內涉及大量高空、高速、動感等驚險刺激的項目，出於安全考慮，1.5米以下的兒童或70歲以上的老人以及殘疾人士要求體驗該類項目時由成人照看或陪同；
8、對於不遵守水公園遊玩規則，做出危險、無禮、插隊、違法行為或嚴重影響園區秩序和他人人身安全者，我園有權請其出園；
9、對於因遊客違反公園相關安全規定或因遊客自身的疏忽、過失所引起的事故，公園及其相關公司恕不負責；
10、 遊客較多時，會出現排隊等候時間較長的情況，請遊客予以理解，聽從現場工作人員的引導和安排，如遇此情況我園不作門票延期或退票等優惠政策；
11、 為確保遊玩過程中的安全，請在開始水中遊戲前做相應熱身運動；
12、 遊泳、衝浪等水中運動消耗體力較大，請在運動30分鐘後，至少休息10分鐘；
13、 女性遊客在妊娠或月經期間請不要下水遊玩；
