料酒、醬油、麻油、鹽、胡椒粉、黑芝麻、玉米澱粉、魚露適量
Minced pork 150g
White shirmps 15pieces
Wonton wrappers
soy sauce, salt, pepper, fish sauce to taste
sesame oil 1tsb
Chinese cooking wine 1tsb
cornstarch 1tsb
black sesame seeds
一半鮮蝦剁成泥,一半切塊
Peel the shirmps and mince half of them.
Chop the other half into pieces
肉末、蝦仁、蝦糜放到碗中
加適量料酒(去腥)、鹽、麻油、胡椒粉、醬油、一小勺玉米澱粉和適量黑芝麻
Combine minced pork, chopped shrimps and minced shrimps in a bowl.
Add cooking wine, salt, soysauce, pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch and sesame seeds
攪拌上筋,加入幾滴魚露會更加鮮美

水開後加入去蒂對半切的蘑菇和雲吞一起煮就是了
