中證網訊（記者 楊澎）南方航空（600029）12月21日晚間公告稱，公司與關聯方廈門建發集團有限公司和福建省投資開發集團有限責任公司按股權同比例向公司控股子公司廈門航空有限公司增資。本次增資總金額為人民幣40億元，其中公司以現金和實物資產分階段出資人民幣22億元，廈門建發出資人民幣13.6億元，福建投資出資人民幣4.4億元。本次增資主要用於補充廈航經營所需資金。
