一、打掃房間
1、 Housekeeping. May I come in?
客房服務員，我能進來嗎？
2、 I’m sorry to trouble you, Sir .May I clean the room now?

現在我能為您整理床鋪嗎？

三、其它
1、I’m afraid that you have to pay an indemnity. It’s a hotel policy.
