So I've been thinking about a Halloween pizza for a while, I went on the Internet to gather some ideas, but I wanted something more than just the toppings making a pumpkin mouth. So I thought about making a skull-shaped dough skin, that shouldn't be complicated. Then I assumed cheese strings and tomato were good enough to look like guts… So what about a skeleton opening its chest with dough-made hands so you can see all the guts inside??
我想做一款萬聖節披薩,為此構思了很久。我也上網去搜集了一些想法和靈感,但是總覺得一張披薩上面做個南瓜鬼臉這種想法太單調,少了點什麼。後來我想到了用麵團做一個骷髏頭的形狀應該不難。而且紅色的西紅柿底醬上面融化的白色芝士看起來其實挺嚇人的。於是我打算做一個骷髏正在用手撕開自己的胸膛露出血淋淋的血肉!
First, you cut your dough ball in two and shape a hand with it (the dough ball I used dough was too big, I suggest you use around 130g dough ball).
首先,把一個披薩面球切兩半,做成兩隻手的形狀(我用普通大小的披薩面球結果手做的有點大了,建議你用130克的面球來做)
I used a cylinder support during the baking so the fingers really seem to be holding something.
烤制兩隻手的時候,我用一個棍子把手指墊起來一點,這樣烤出來感覺手是在握著什麼東西
You bake accordingly.
將這兩隻手烤熟備用
For the chest, you just make a regular Margherita (or whatever pizza you want, you might want to add bacon, sausage, ham…), and you fold the left and the right 1/4 to the center.
骷髏的身子怎麼做呢?烤一張瑪格麗特披薩(或者任何一款你喜歡的披薩,你可以加上培根、香腸、火腿等等),烤好後將披薩的左右兩邊1/4處向中間對摺
For the skull, you open your dough skin and shape a skull (I removed some dough next to the jaw), I topped with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese, to get a scary grilled result (the dough bubbles and the grilled cheese… it was actually gross!!)
做骷髏頭,也是用普通的披薩麵團做就可以,我切掉一部分麵團粘在下面做下巴。做成骷髏頭形狀之後我塗抹上了西紅柿底醬,然後撒上巴馬臣芝士,這樣烤出來很有嚇人的效果(烤的時候麵餅會膨脹起泡,芝士會融化,這樣看上去骷髏頭真的噁心又可怕!)
Once everything is baked, you just assemble everything on the table, and… done! Easy, right?!
這些部位都烤好後,就把它們擺放在一起,完成啦!簡單吧?!
You could actually finish the skeleton and make bone-shaped arm and legs pizzas, that could be fun!!
