馬上就要到國慶了，感覺時間過得好快，謝謝小夥伴們支持大白那麼久，真的很感謝大家。今天的學習，大白想來點不一樣的，小夥伴不要覺得頭疼哈，一大波英文來襲，小夥伴們準備好了嗎？（我覺得大家都能理解，完全沒問題），下面來介紹幾個習語，希望大家喜歡。
1、as easy as pie
as easy as pie means "very easy" (same as "a piece of cake")
Example:
（1）The job was easy as pie, and we finished up an hour early.
（2）Once you get used to it , skiing is as easy as pie.
*get used to指「習慣於...」；skiing是「滑雪」
（3）We all think studying English is as easy as pie. Do you think so?
2、be sick and tired
be sick and tired of means "I hate" (also "can't stand")
*can't stand指「不能忍受，無法忍受」
Example:
（1）I'm sick and tired of doing nothing but work. Let's go out tonight and have fun.
（2）Yeah! I got sick and tired of her nagging all the time.
*nagging是「nag」的「ing」形式，指「嘮叨」。
（3）I'm sick and tired off working every day .
3、bend over backwards
bend over backwards means "try very hard" (maybe too much!)
Example:
（1）If we find an actor we really want, we will bend over backwards.
（2）He bent over backwards to please his new wife, but she never seemed satisfied.
*please除了「請」意思外，還指「使喜歡；使高興，使滿意；討人喜歡；令人高興」
（3）This could be an important deal for us , so bend over backwards to impress them .
*an important deal指「一件重要的事情」，impress指「給人留下印象」
4、bite off more than one can chew
bite off more than one can chew means "take responsibility for more than one can manage"
*bite off more than one can chew表示「一心多用」（貪多嚼不爛，心有餘而力不足，自不量力）
Example:
John is so far behind in his studies. Besides classes, he plays sports and works at a part-time job. It seems he has bitten off more than he can chew.
5、Cut it out!
Cut it out! means "stop doing something bad"
*Cut it out!表示「停止做不好的事」
Example:
（1）That noise is really annoying. Cut it out!
（2）I got sick of you two squabbling just cut it out !
*squabbling是指（為瑣事）爭吵（squabble 的現在分詞）
