首先：what做關係代詞連接主語從句/賓語從句/表語從句的時候都可以視為：
Something that；這樣有助於理解，而且what做關係代詞也是這樣來的比如:

目標（動機）能讓你開始
Habits is what keeps you going.

其次，昨天的句子作者想表達的核心意思是：
