1.Bonus 獎金，紅利
很多公司都會給員工發放獎金，紅利等，以示表揚或鼓勵。Bonus就是表達「獎金「」最常見的詞彙，需要注意的是，bonus是一個可數名詞。

2.Benefits package 員工福利
單詞benefit的本意是「好處，優勢」，在這裡有「政府補助」的意思；benefits package則指的是除工資以外的一系列員工福利，如醫療保險(medical insurance)，探親假(home leave)等。
We offer great benefits packages to all our staff, such as gym membership, health insurance and a pension.
我們為所有員工提供豐厚的福利，比如健身房會員資格，健康保險和養老金。
3.Overtime 加班費
誒？overtime不是加班的意思嗎？還能指加班費？事實的確如此，我們經常用work overtime或do overtime形容「在正常上班時間以外工作」；但overtime也可以直接表示「加班費」，是不可數名詞。
The company has conducted a new scheme allowing its staff to get overtime if they work after 7pm.

4.Perk 工作補貼
perk這個詞一般用於口語中，我們先來看看它的英文釋義：special benefits that are given to people who have a particular job or belong to a particular group，可理解為「額外待遇或特殊補貼」。
The staff of IT department could enjoy perks of one thousand yuan.
IT部門的員工可享有一千元的特殊補貼。
5.Sick pay 病假津貼
這個搭配比較好理解，sick有生病的意思，sick pay也就不難理解為「病假津貼了」。
The full-time employees are entitled to sick pay in this company.
這家公司的全職員工享有病假津貼。
6.Weighting 生活補貼
有些公司會在生活開銷較大城市工作的員工提供薪水以外的補貼，這類額外的生活費就叫做「weighting」。
Your annual salary includes a £3,000 London weighting.
7.Double time 雙倍工資
有些公司給加班或在節假日工作的員工支付平日薪水的兩倍。另一個類似的說法是「time and a half」，指的是「比平時多一半的工資」。
