Put up or shut up!
要麼你上，要麼閉嘴！
「要麼你上，要麼閉嘴！」這句話言簡意賅，詮釋的非常好，而且霸氣十足！其英文注釋是：
If you say someone should put up or shut up, you mean that they should either take action in order to do what they have been talking about, or stop talking about it.
【譯】如果你說「你行你上」，你的意思是他們應該採取行動來做他們一直在談論的事情，或者停止談論它。
例：They called for the minister to either put up or shut up.
