在外企的hr朋友來跟我吐槽很多候選人在表達自己有很多工作經驗的時候，不自覺的就會說「I have many work experiences」，通常情況下，她會直接淘汰求職者。今天我就告訴大家原因吧！
如何正確理解英文中的「經驗」 「經歷」？
我們在中文裡說經驗和經歷是不同的詞，但在英文中都是experience.
該怎麼區分，我們今天一次講清楚！
①經驗
experience作為經驗，經驗沒法用數字衡量，因此不能按中文思路把"很多經驗"加s。正確用法是work experience.所以當嚴格的HR聽到面試者說I have many work experiences. （×）就會毫不猶豫的淘汰她。
口語中你說了work experience，別人會期待你說具體哪方面的工作經驗。要用in……把意思表達完整。
例句：
I have a lot of work experience in marketing.
我有很多市場營銷相關工作經驗。
②經歷
我們的經歷是一段一段可以數出來的，所以是可數，可以加s，通常和of或with連用。
例句：
I have three work experiences.
我有三段工作經歷
I have experience of studying abroad. So English is a piece of cake for me.
我有留學經歷，所以英語對我來說是小菜一碟。
「我沒有經驗」英語怎麼說？
我沒有工作經驗，在語法上沒錯，但不免太直白，在很多正式場合，我們可以把話說得更委婉的來表達，我不在行，懂得不多。
1）I am afraid I don't know much about that.
恐怕我對這方面懂得還不多。
2）I am not an expert in/on/at ……
在……方面我不是專家，沒什麼經驗。
3）To be honest, I am not an expert in the field.
坦白來說，這一領域我並不是專家。
4）I am not really an expert in this area.
在這方面，我真的沒什麼經驗。
