>Real-name tipping required
網絡直播'打賞'實名管理
Online shows and livestreaming platforms should implement real-name management for their online anchors and users, and juveniles as well as those who do not register with their real names are not allowed to give tips to online anchors, according to a notice released on Monday.
國家廣播電視總局11月23日發布通知，要求網絡秀場直播平臺要對網絡主播和"打賞"用戶實行實名制管理，未成年、未實名用戶均不能打賞。
The notice, issued by the National Radio and Television Administration, stated online shows and livestreaming platforms should take measures including real-name verification and face recognition to ensure that the real-name management is well-implemented.
通知要求，網絡秀場直播平臺要通過實名驗證、人臉識別等措施，確保實名制要求落到實處。
The notice also said the platforms should set limits for the maximum tip or reward amounts users could give to anchors each time, day and month. The "reward" function of the users will be suspended if their daily or monthly reward limit is reached.
通知還要求，平臺應對用戶每次、每日、每月最高打賞金額進行限制，達到打賞每日或每月限額，應暫停相關用戶的打賞功能。

>Probe's 1st orbital correction
嫦娥五號第1次軌道修正
China's lunar probe Chang'e 5 successfully carried out its first orbital correction Tuesday night, according to the China National Space Administration (CNSA). The probe conducted the orbital correction at 10:06 pm when its 3000N engine was operational for about two seconds, and then continued its trip to the moon.
來自國家航天局的消息，11月24日22時06分，嫦娥五號探測器3000牛發動機工作約2秒鐘，順利完成第一次軌道修正，繼續飛向月球。
Prior to the orbital correction, the lunar probe had traveled for roughly 17 hours in space, and was about 160,000 km away from Earth. All of the probe's systems were in good condition, said the CNSA.
截至第一次軌道修正前，嫦娥五號探測器各系統狀態良好，已在軌飛行約17個小時，距離地球約16萬公裡。
Orbital correction is necessary to ensure the probe follows its theoretical trajectory as closely as possible, said the CNSA.
國家航天局表示，軌道修正是為了確保探測器始終飛行在適當的軌道上。
China launched the lunar probe at 4:30 am Tuesday to collect and return samples from the moon.
11月24日4時30分，嫦娥五號探測器發射升空，開啟赴月採樣之旅。
It is the country's first attempt to retrieve samples from an extraterrestrial body.
這是我國首次地外天體採樣返回任務。

美國120萬兒童感染新冠
Nearly 1.2 million children in the US have been diagnosed with COVID-19 since the onset of the pandemic, according to the latest data of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Children's Hospital Association.
美國兒科學會和兒童醫院協會發布的最新數據顯示，自新冠疫情暴發以來，美國已有近120萬兒童確診新冠肺炎。
A total of 144,145 new child COVID-19 cases were reported from Nov 12 to 19, the highest weekly increase since the pandemic began, said the AAP.
根據美國兒科學會的數據，11月12日至11月19日，美國共報告144145例新增兒童新冠肺炎病例，是自疫情暴發以來新增兒童病例數最高的一周。
Children now account for more than 11% of all confirmed coronavirus cases in the US.
目前，兒童病例數佔美國新冠肺炎確診病例總數的11%以上。
The overall rate was 1,573 cases per 100,000 children in the population.
報告顯示，美國平均每10萬名兒童中就有1573人感染。
Children accounted for 1.2% to 3.1% of total reported hospitalizations, and 0-0.23% of all COVID-19 deaths, said the report.

>UK to reduce isolation time
英政府擬調整隔離要求
The British government is looking at reducing the time people have to self-isolate if they come into contact with someone with COVID-19 from the current 14 days through the use of a new testing regime, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said on Monday.
英國衛生大臣漢考克11月23日表示，英國政府正考慮縮短對新冠確診病例密切接觸者的14天自我隔離要求，以新的檢測方案取而代之。
"We're piloting a process, using these new tests that we have, to allow people to take a test every single day instead of having to isolate for that period so that it picks up if you're positive even before you have symptoms," he told Sky News.
漢考克向天空新聞表示："我們正利用已有的新的檢測手段展開試點，用每天檢測的方法取代14天隔離期。這樣的話，在症狀出現之前就能提前甄別新冠感染者。"
He said the scheme was being piloted this week and if successful, would be rolled out among health and social care staff and then in the new year more broadly.
漢考克表示，新方案本周試點，成功的話將很快在衛生和社會護理人員中展開，明年將在更大範圍人群內鋪開。
According to The Times, England will introduce a new system on Dec 15 allowing passengers arriving from high-risk countries to take a COVID-19 test after five days of quarantine and to be released from any further self-isolation if they test negative.
另據《泰晤士報》報導，自12月15日起，來自高風險國家的赴英格蘭旅客如在入境隔離第5天新冠病毒檢測結果為陰性，將提前結束隔離期。
