每日一句英譯英：英文out of pocket只是中文「自掏腰包，費用自理」嗎？
學會並勤查英英字典，尤其是英英字典，是學並學好英語很重要的一個組成部分，它代表的是一個人的英語「學習力」，而不光光只是「用中文學會了一句英語」。

說的還是pay with your own money的意思，這個英英字典的用詞是yoy pay out of your resouces,it is not covered,not shared by others,not reimbursed in your company,or by yiur employer.
你的英語表達是不是豐富了起來？只學中文「自掏腰包，費用自理」，不用英語學英語就不可能接觸到那麼多英語表達。就算你不說out of pocket，你說not covered,not shared,not reimbursed都能表達你想說的out of pocket的意思。

2. Okay.I got you.Pay our of pocket means the expense is not covered in our plan,in our trip,etc.

1.I'll have to pay for the plane tickets out of pocket, but I'll be reimbursed after I arrive,or finish my trip.
2. Well,you'll have to pay our of pocket for the drinks in the hotel room.It's not covered in your room charge.
