一. 課程背景:
Marta和AJ 是巴西人,他們被派到上海遠郊的一個項目組工作,建設巴西南極考察站。
Backgroud:
Marta and AJ are brazilians, who are working in the suburb area of Pudong in Shanghai. Their job is to help to build a South Pole Expedition Station for Brazil.
Marta是通過朋友介紹認識我的,我去過一次她的公司就崩潰了:實在是太遠了,地鐵來回4個小時,於是我們決定在微信上課。
Marta was introduced from a friend of mine, and she was thinking to take some Chinese class from me, but after i visited her company once, then i gave up. Because it is super far, which takes 4 hours to go and come back. As a result, we decide to take online class via wechat.
有一次我們上課的時候AJ看到了覺得很好玩,也要求加入,於是我們開始嘗試這個3人組的線上漢語課。
One day, when Marta and me were taking class, AJ happened to pass by, and he was very interested in it. And then he decide to join us, so we have this small group class on wechat now.
二. 語言水平:
兩個人都在上海封閉式的工作環境中工作過幾個月,會一些日常詞彙,但是發音不太準。其中Marta上過4次課,AJ是第一次上課。
Their Chinese Level:
Both of them already have worked in a chinese work environment for several months. Marta have taken 4 times class before, while AJ did not.

四. 教學步驟:
How to teach?
Step1:
I asked them a quesion: 「What do you like to eat」 to warm up.
第一步:我先問了他們一個問題:「你喜歡吃什麼?」來暖場。
Ting: nǐ xǐhuān chī shénme?
你喜歡吃什麼?
Marta: wǒ xǐhuān chī jīròu.
我喜歡吃雞肉。
AJ: wǒ xǐhuān chī jiǎozǐ.
我喜歡吃餃子。
Ting: 我重複了一遍(Repeat)Marta xǐhuān chī jīròu. Aj xǐhuān chī jiǎo zǐ, duì ma?
Marta and AJ: Duì對。
Step 2:
Read the new words and explain the meanings.
第二步:跟讀生詞(食物的名詞和點餐的動詞)並解釋詞義。
Step 3:
Read the dialogue(One is the waiter and another is the client) twice.
第三步:分角色演繹課文:課文中一位客人和服務員點餐,我請他們分別充當服務員和食客讀了兩遍對話。
讀完以後兩個人都露出會心的微笑,因為經過前面的單詞學習以後課文他們都讀懂了。
They both smiled after finishing reading for they got the meaning word by word.
Step 4:
According two pictures of Chinese menu, i introduced them how to order Chinese food in order: Main food/ Hot Dishes/soup/drinks
根據兩張圖介紹中文餐單的順序:主食、熱菜、湯、飲料。
Step 5:
Practice: I was pretend to be a waiter and they were clients who want to order food and eat.
操練:我扮演服務員,Marta和AJ扮演食客,練習如何用中文點菜。
其中,菜單上的「麻婆豆腐」中的「豆腐」被倆人稱為「Chinese cheese」, 並強調「bù xǐhuān 不喜歡」。
There is a dish called 「Mapo doufu」, Marta told AJ is 「 Chinese cheese」, and she does not like it. AJ said he neither.

而一個叫「松鼠鱖魚」的菜,我直接找了張圖片發過去,Marta看後連忙擺手道:「búyào, xièxiè! 不要,謝謝。」
And there is another dishes which called 「Songshu guiyu」, Marta also said 「 No need, thanks.」 after i sent her the picture.

然而「糖醋魚」他們卻表示願意嘗試,我告訴他們最好去杭州西湖吃。
While they are eager to try a dish called 「 Xihu cuyu」 which means 「sweet and sour fish」, and i told them it is best to go to the West lake of Hangzhou for they have the best one.

關於如何稱呼 「fúwù yuán 服務員」,我們也進行了一番討論,最終決定喊年輕的女服務員「měinǚ 美女」,年輕的男服務員「shuài gē 帥哥」以示禮貌。
Relating to the question 「How to call the waiter in a polite way, we agreed to call the young waitress 「měinǚ」 and the young waiter 「shuài gē」.

吃完飯後,「mǎi dān 買單」和「wǒ yào fāpiào. 我要發票。」 非常關鍵。
After the meal, you can say 「mǎi dān」 for payment and 「wǒ yào fāpiào.」 for invoice or receipt which is very important.

Homework: Go to order food in a Chinese restaurant.
作業:去中餐館點餐。
下課以後他倆喊著:「」wǒ è le! 我餓了!」 然後直奔飯店去吃飯。
They were too hungry that they went to restauran directly after class.
