故事背景：
《經典劇中劇》
喬伊的瘋狂女粉絲艾麗卡追到喬伊家中，責問他為什麼要和別的女人親吻，還潑了他一臉水。喬伊忍無可忍決定告訴艾麗卡真相自己只是演員，演了個醫生而已。
為了不讓喬伊難看，小夥伴們決定不揭穿喬伊，假裝他是德雷克·拉莫雷醫生的孿生兄弟，為了演的逼真瑞秋、莫妮卡和錢德勒假裝生氣分別往喬伊臉上潑了一杯水。
看到好基友這麼「賣力的」演戲幫自己，喬伊只好順水推舟假裝自己是個欺騙少女危害舍友的混蛋，告訴艾麗卡自己配不上她，讓她去找自己的白馬王子。
