你願意加班嗎?
It depends on the work I have to do and my ability to perform it. If I have the capability to complete it, I don’t mind working overtime. However, if I didn’t have the ability to complete the task, it would be risky to take it over.
這要看我需要做的工作和我的能力啦。如果我有能力完成一項工作，我不介意加班。但如果我沒有足夠的能力來完成任務，接下來這份工作可能有風險。
I won’t mind working overnight for a couple of days or even weeks in times of tight deadlines. However, I hope the projects are scheduled properly so that working overtime is not too common.
如果時間緊迫的話，我不介意加幾天，甚至是幾周的班。但是我希望工作項目都能有適當的計劃，這樣加班就不會變成家常便飯。
I am a very responsible person. I have definite planning, and I go with that in a systematic way, so in case I am behind schedule, I will surely work overnight and make sure I complete it in time.
我是一個很有責任心的人。我有一定的計劃，並且能夠系統性的按照計劃來做事，因此如果我進度比計劃慢，我一定會連夜加工，保證按時完成任務。
I do understand that it occasionally be necessary in the software industry to work overtime. Generally, I feel that the work can be completed on time if we work hard and utilize the work hours well. However, I have no problem working overtime if the project deadlines are very tight and require me to do so.
我明白在軟體行業有時必須加班。一般來說，我覺得如果我們認真工作、合理利用工作時間，任務是可以按時完成的。但是如果項目的截止日期很緊，需要加班，我是完全沒有問題的。
