11月7日，「世界美食之都」——2020順德（順控集團）美食文化周在順德華僑城歡樂海岸PLUS主會場舉行開幕式。
On November 7, the opening ceremony of 「Shunde, City of Gastronomy」---2020 Shunde (Shunde Holding Group) Gourmet Culture Week was held at the Shunde OCT Harbour PLUS.
本次順德美食文化周為期9天，分別在11月6日-8日、11月13日-15日、11月20日-22日三個周末，通過線上線下聯動的方式舉行，打造15年來時間最長的美食文化盛宴。
Over the weekends of November 6-8, November 13-15 and November 20-22, the 9-day Shunde Gourmet Culture Week is about to create the longest gourmet culture feast in 15 years through the online and offline integration.
作為「暢享順德歡樂季」系列活動之一，今年順德美食文化周結合順德開放融合的發展路徑，整合順德美食、旅遊及文化的優質資源，開放線上線下資源，營造良好消費環境，提升順德美食的影響力。
As one of the series activities of "Enjoying the Happy Season of Shunde", this year’s Shunde Gourmet Culture Week combines the development path of Shunde's open integration, integrates the high-quality resources of Shunde gourmet, tourism and culture, opens up online and offline resources, and creates a good consumption environment, aiming to promote the influence of Shunde gourmet.
十鎮街招牌美食輪番登場

每個周末，來自順德不同鎮街的餐飲名店將輪番登場，累計至少有150個商家參展。
Every weekend, reputed restaurants from different towns of Shunde will show up, with at least 150 restaurants participating.
每一道順德美食，都包含了廚師對廚藝的追求與熱誠。不少餐飲店的主廚也現場坐鎮大展身手，讓市民遊客一睹順德廚藝「真功夫」！
Every Shunde cuisine contains the chef's pursuit and enthusiasm for cooking. Chefs from many restaurants also show their cooking skills on site, presenting the real 「Kung-Fu」 of Shunde cooking.
值得一提的是，這次美食文化周集結眾多鰻魚餐飲店同臺PK，日式烤鰻魚、冷凍烤鰻、蒲燒鰻魚……數十種鰻魚美食任君選擇，讓你可以一站式品嘗所有吃法！

從美食節到美食文化周，屬於順德這座城市一年一度的美食盛事已成功舉辦15屆，順德的美食文化也在傳承中不斷推陳出新。
From the food festival to the gourmet culture week, the annual gourmet event in Shunde has been successfully held for 15 years, while Shunde's gourmet culture is constantly innovating in its inheritance.
美食文化周活動豐富精彩紛呈，全球首發的《順德美食宣傳片》，展示了順德人的美食理想和滋味生活。
You can have fun in a lot of wonderful and exciting events during the Gourmet Culture Week. The "Shunde Gourmet Promotion Video" has shown Shunde people’s ideal of gourmet and taste of life.
2020年美食文化周期間，順德聯手阿里巴巴本地生活舉辦線上美食節，美食雲直播線路推薦等專題，讓市民足不出戶就可享受順德美食。未來，雙方還將進行更為深度的產業聯動，打造永不落幕的順德線上美食節。
During the Gourmet Culture Week, Shunde and Alibaba Local Life Service Company has jointly held an online food festival, gourmet live broadcast recommendations and other special activities for citizens to enjoy Shunde gourmet food at home. In the future, they will also carry out a more in-depth industrial cooperation to create an everlasting Online Shunde Gourmet Festival.
除此以外，從11月6日起至22日，一連三個周末，順德漁人碼頭以「品牌美食專區」為核心內容，秉承順德美食節的優良傳統，發揮「世界美食之都」品牌優勢，從線上到線下，為2020順德美食文化周增添更多創意性元素。
In addition, over the three weekends from November 6 to 22, cored with "Gourmet Brand Zone", Shunde Fisherman’s Wharf adds more creative elements to 2020 Shunde Gourmet Culture Week by adhering to the tradition of Shunde Food Festival and giving full play to the brand advantages of the 「City of Gastronomy」.
