上海振華重工（集團）股份有限公司（ZPMC）是重型裝備製造行業的知名企業，為國有控股A、B股上市公司，控股方為世界500強之一的中國交通建設股份有限公司。公司總部設在上海，並在上海本地及南通等地設有10個生產基地，佔地總面積1萬畝，總岸線10公裡，其中深水岸線5公裡，承重碼頭3.7公裡，是全國也是世界上最大的重型裝備製造商。公司擁有23艘6萬噸～10萬噸級整機運輸船，可將大型產品跨海越洋運往全世界。
上海振華重工主要業務分為八類：（1）港口用大型貨櫃機械和礦石煤炭等散貨裝卸機械。如遍布全世界93個國家和地區主要貨櫃碼頭的岸橋、場橋，已佔世界市場70％以上份額。散貨裝卸設備如裝卸船機、鬥輪堆取料機、環保型鏈鬥卸船機等也居本行業前列。（2）海工裝備。如巨型起重船、鋪管船和各種工程船、各種平臺以及動力定位裝置和平臺抬升裝置、船廠用龍門起重機等。（3）大型鋼構鋼橋梁。公司有年產各種鋼構100萬噸的能力，曾成功建造世界頂級製造難度的美國舊金山—奧克蘭海灣大橋。（4）海上運輸與安裝業務，公司擁有20餘年海運經驗，船運設計實力強大，並在積極開拓海上安裝、海底安裝業務。（5）系統集成、總承包業務，包括散貨系統總承包、全球節能環保的第四代全自動化碼頭系統。公司打造了國內首個全自動化碼頭項目。（6）電氣產品、軟體開發與集成業務，公司擁有自主電氣品牌「EZ」。（7）投融資業務。（8）一體化服務業務，公司建成覆蓋全球的服務、經營、投資網點，為全球客戶提供及時、準確、全面的一體化和精益化經營投資與全壽命周期的服務。

Brief Introduction
Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (ZPMC) is a famous heavy-duty equipment manufacturer, and a state owned company listed on A and B shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange. The major shareholder is China Communication Construction Co., Ltd. (CCCC) which is one of top 500 companies in the world. ZPMC headquarters is located in Shanghai. ZPMC also has 10 production bases located in Shanghai, Nantong with total area of 6,670,000 square meters and 10 kilometers coastline, especially the Changxing Base, which has a 5 kilometers deep water coastline, and includes a heavy-duty dock of 3.7 kilometers. ZPMC is the largest heavy-duty equipment manufacturer in the world and owns a fleet of 23 transportation ships which are from 60,000 DWT to 100,000 DWT can delivery products to all over the world.
There are six main types of products: Firstly, supply of large-scale port container machinery and bulk material handling machinery for ore and coal, such as quayside container cranes and rubber-tyred gantry cranes, which have entered into 92 countries and regions all over the world and occupied 70% world market shares. Bulk material handling machinery includes ship loaders, ship unloaders, bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimers and environment-friendly chain-bucket ship unloaders. Secondly, supply of offshore products, such as floating cranes, pipelay vessels and other engineering vessels, all types of platforms, DP systems and jacking systems，goliath crane. Thirdly, supply of large-scale steel structures and steel bridges. The production capacity is 1,000,000 tons per year. ZPMC has successfully finished the construction of the U.S. San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. Fourthly, supply electrical components, software development and assembly. Fifthly, transportation and installation projects. Sixthly，energy environmental protection equipments, including offshore wind power, seawater desalination and sewage disposal equipments, mining plant etc.
ZPMC insists on self-innovation and has been awarded a first award from National Science and Technology Progress. ZPMC has also established a national level enterprise technology center and post-doctoral workstation. At present, ZPMC has 2,800 R&D technical engineers in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, and have been awarded more than 50 national and municipal technology awards.
