重要的是，面試前面試者應調查該機構，向僱主表現自己有主動性，他們很看重正在求職的這家公司，很有動力。
It's important for the interviewee to do research on the organisation before the interview to show the employer that they have initiative, that they're value the company that they're seeking employment at and that they're driven.
如果面試者表現得很真誠，非常自信，打扮整齊，他會因此脫穎而出。
An interviewee would stand out for good reasons, if they appeared sincere, had high level of confidence and were well groomed.
如果面試遲到，表現糟糕，態度惡劣，他也會很顯眼。
An interviewee would stand out for bad reasons, if they were late for the interview, poorly presented, and had a bad attitude.
當給你機會讓你問問題，一定要問。
When given the opportunity to ask a question make sure you do.

It shows you're interested and confident.

If you're asked to give an example for something, make sure it's relevant to the question and the employer.

If you've got any extra qualifications like a forklift certificate, make sure you bring those along.
