AVIC Helicopters Dispatched Oriental Star Rescue Scene

A passenger ship started from Nanjing to Chongqing and sank in waters, AVIC helicopters were dispatched to rescue at first time.

About 21:28 on June 1st, a passenger ship started from Nanjing to Chongqing and sank in waters when it was in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in Hubei.

By far, 3 helicopters Z8 manufactured by AVIC had been dispatched to rescue at first time, and 3 more are standing by. Aviation industry security personnel have also been randomly standby. AVIC president Lin Zuoming immediately instructed, and leaded AVIC Changhe Aircraft and Continental Airlines flight brigade held an emergency meeting, setting up an emergency rescue team, ready to send a AC313, and a Z- 8 to the rescue scene. 

At present, the helicopter, flight route, weather preparation are ready to work, waiting for the instructions, at any time dispatched rescue.
