教育孩子，先要幫助孩子解惑學習的目的。貪玩是孩子的天性，讓孩子每天抽出一些空餘時間進行按部就班的課外學習絕非易事。
首先，我們面對的就是孩子的質疑：為什麼？
要回答這個問題也非易事。我個人主張家長們早點開始介入家庭教育，因為孩子的年齡越小，越好「糊弄」，解釋起來不用太費勁：「學習是生活的必需品，古今中外，無論一個人多麼有錢、有權、有地位，都會要求下一代認真學習。學習越好，生活的品質就越高，將來過上自己稱心如意生活的可能性就越大。」
當然，講這麼幾句道理並不難，難的是家長也要提高自己的認識水平。家長必須認識到，這些道理是講給自己的孩子一起聽的，不是單單拿來「哄」孩子的。用語言編織出來的道理再動聽，也只能管用一陣子，用行動示範出來的道理，才會影響孩子一輩子。

Because of the bad weather, we do need to go to school. My daughter practicesEnglish handwriting at home this morning. After a sweetly sleep this afternoon,she learns the five new words in lesson 2.She can spell out them.
因為天氣糟糕，所以我們今天不用去上學。我的女兒一早上在家裡練習英文書法，其實也就是在練習漢語拼音。下午在甜甜的一覺醒來後，她開始學習第二課的五個新單詞了。這一次，她可以把它們一一拼讀出來。

It takes my daughter a lot of time to finish her homework this afternoon. Sothere is no enough time left for her to learn the conversation. I just teachher several mathproblems for second grade of primary school.
今天下午，我女兒花了很長時間來完成家庭作業。所以沒有足夠的時間讓她來學習對話了。我就教了她幾道小學二年級的奧數題。

My daughter learns the conversation in lesson 2 after finishing her homeworktonight. The conversation is a little longer. So it takes her more than onehour to cover it. When she finishes it, it is nearly 9:30 p.m. Sometimes I thinkit is a little cruel to her.
我女兒今天晚上在做完家庭作業後學習了第二課的對話部分。這個對話有點長,因此她花了一個多小時才學會。當她學完時,都已經超過九點半了。有時我覺得這樣對我女兒是不是太殘酷了一點。
But I have keep on teaching her for almost twoyears. There are only eight books left. After she finishes the first circle, learningthe other two circles will be much easier than now. I will try my best to bekind to her on other aspect.
但是我已經堅持教她學英語將近兩年了。現在只剩下八本書了。等她學完第一輪後,學習另外兩輪就比現在容易的多。我努力在其他方面對她好一些。

My daughter didn’t practice translating the conversation yesterday, because theconversation is a little longer. It is not so easy for her to grasp it in aday. So She doesn’t learn any new content today.
昨天,我女兒還沒有練習翻譯對話部分的內容。因為那段對話內容確實有點長,在一天內掌握它,對我女兒來說還確實有點難度。因此,今天她沒有再學任何新的內容。
I let her practice translatingthem. Frankly, to remember all the content is not a easy thing. My daughter hasa good memory, she can recite them quickly. You know, it is really hard for achild to do this. She hasn’t learnedany phonetic symbol at all.
我讓她練習翻譯昨天的對話內容了。老實說,要記住這些對話的內容並不是一件容易的事。我女兒的記憶力非常好,她很快就可以背出來了。要知道,對一個孩子來說,要做到這一點確實不容易。因為她還根本沒有學過音標。

This is thefirst day of National Day’s long vacation. My daughter gets a lot. She doessome homework in the morning. After a noon sleep, she go to play with severalkids for the whole afternoon. At night, she learns these five new sentenceseasily. Then she watches TV and play computer games.
今天是國慶長假的第一天。我女兒收穫不少。早上,她做了家庭作業。中午小睡過後,她去和其他幾個小孩玩了一個下午。晚上,她又輕鬆的學習了這五個句子。接著便去看電視,還打了一會兒電腦遊戲。
