warranty在英文合同中常見的含義有以下兩種：
(1)保證
(2)保修，如warranty period保修期；extended warranty延長保修
1、保證
Each Limited Partner hereby agrees to promptly: (a) provide the General Partner with such information regarding its residency, beneficial ownership, composition and legal or tax status as the General Partner may reasonably request; (b) notify the General Partner of any LP Change in Control relating to such Limited Partner; and (c) notify the General Partner in the event that any statement, certification, representation or warranty of the Limited Partner contained in this Agreement, its Subscription Agreement or in any document required to be provided under this Agreement or its Subscription Agreement ceases to be true at any time following the date hereof.
各有限合伙人特此同意，及時：(a) 向普通合伙人提供普通合伙人合理要求的，與其居住地、實益所有權、結構以及法律或稅務地位相關的信息；(b)發生與該有限合伙人相關的有限合伙人控制權變更時，通知普通合伙人；以及 (c) 當本協議、相關認購協議或者本協議或認購協議下需提供的任何文件中包含的任何聲明、證明、陳述或保證在本協議日期後不再屬實時，通知普通合伙人。
2、保修
During the warranty period, in addition to the explicitly specified or otherwise agreed features, in particular,functionality, performance or features generally expected, the Supplier shall guarantee that its supplies and services are complete and suited to the specific task for the project at hand.
在保修期內，除了明確規定或另行約定的特性，尤其是普遍預期的功能、性能或特性之外，供應商應保證其提供的供應品和服務是完整的並適合用於即將開展的項目的特定任務。
