據外媒報導，近日，美方還有人在叫囂，讓中國為美國疫情負責，外交部發言人華春瑩回應：他們難道不心虛、不愧疚嗎？這些人試圖製造一隻世界上最大的鍋甩給中國，讓中國成為最大的替罪羊。但是，這個鍋太大了，對不起，他們甩不出去的。
Now so many days have passed, and some in the US still claim China should be held responsible for the COVID-19 in the US. Don't they feel guilty or ashamed? The US wants to make China a scapegoat. But so sorry, we don't want to be one. And don't even think of making us one.
採用混淆視聽、甩鍋別國的伎倆無助於美國戰勝疫情挑戰。Using such terms to confuse public opinion and shift blame to others will not help the United States overcome the challenge of the pandemic.
美方完全浪費了中方爭取的寶貴時間，事到如今美方反而企圖詆毀他人、轉嫁責任，尋找替罪羊。
