This recipe is so simple that you will want to put it on repeat. And the noodles…. They are in a class all their own. I was lucky enough to try these chia noodles from Perfect Earth Foods when they sent me a box full of love to try out. I was sent several of their pastas, but I fell in love with their organic, gluten free, chia pasta.

They will help you keep your new year’s goals and resolutions and enjoy doing it. And make sure to keep your options open. I used their Red Rice Noodles in a soup made of beef broth and corn with a side veggie chicken sandwich. Chia Noodle and Veggie Stir Fry蔬菜炒奇亞籽意面

1 package Perfect Earth Organic Chia Pad Thai Rice Noodles

12 ounce package of frozen Mexican style veggies (Cauliflower, broccoli, onions, and red peppers) Thawed

1 Tablespoon coconut oil

In a medium skillet melt the coconut oil over medium heat, toss the thawed veggies in the coconut oil and allow to cook through在一個中等大小的平底鍋中,用中火融化椰子油,將解凍的蔬菜放入椰子油中煮熟

Remove from the heat and stir in the Montreal Steak seasoning熄火,加入蒙特婁牛排調味料攪拌
